Staff was very friendly and helpful, quick check in and out, and we loved that they have a storage room for after check out. Overall a very clean, comfy place, silent and pleasant room, lovely design, great shower, great internet with easy access.

Location could be better for tourists, but to be honest we had access to public transportation and that was fine. Around 30 mins to get to the main attractions around the river & port. We would love to have hot water for tea in the room, but I get that it's a budget hotel.

PARKING: there are few spots open air in the backyard or you can pay for the underground garage, from there a lift takes you to the floor of your room CHECK-IN: easy and with nice staff. It might be crowded in peak times. WIFI/VPN: works LIFT: two MINIBAR: nope KETTLE: nope SIZE: appropriate CLEAN: very much BATHROOM: nice, but shower has just half glass, no door QUIET: definitively Services/Restaurants/Attractions around: petrol station and what a residential area could offer, but the underground is 5 mins walk distance and with that you can get in the very center quickly. Perfect compromise if the next day you head to North, want to avoid the morning traffic jam, but still have the possibility to get to downtown at eve.

Location is nothing exceptional, if you want to get to the center or just have a dinner, you have to look for it or take a ride.

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful and has nice facilities and a nice breakfast in my opinion. Is well located with a bus stop right outside, and a few minutes away from the metro station. Has parking available as well at a 15 euro cost per day.

The Hotel Parking sign should be replaced or repainted as it shows only one doesn't say Motel one, to be more visible.

The staff at the reception was very welcoming and warm. I missed my phone charger, and they let me use their personal charger. Checkin and Checkout were super quick. Some hot food in the breakfast would be amazing. All in all, a very good stay and I would stay at this property again.

The room has all you need for a short stay, well soundproof and comfortable bed. S-bahn station is around 15 min walking and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

I wish the room would be a little bit bigger but for the price, it is fine. The extractor in the bathroom was not working all times

Comfortable room, nice and quiet, nice breakfast. Relatively close to Volkparksstadion, which was our rteason for chosing this hotel. Parking was easy, although we had to pay €15.

Would have been nice with a fridge in the room, and hard to take a shower without water splashing into the bathroom floor. But those are small things, overall happy.

The room was fantastic and very clean. The location was a little far out but was still good for us. Staff were fantastic and super friendly.

The room was lovely but was only set up for one person, one bed cover, one towel and one cup. Also the hairdryer didnt work and when I asked for another it never arrived. Not a huge issue as reception were fantastic.

Steps to get into the lobby make it tough for people with walking or climbing difficulties or heavy bags. They would have space to build a ramp if desired. I wonder how people in wheelchairs even get in. A different entrance?

Great location for the Eimsbuttel area, and for those going to concerts etc at the Volksstadion. The Motel One is a step up from the Ibis Budget down the road - better bedding, room, bar in hotel - so for an extra ten Euros or so a night, a much better place to stay near Eimsbuttel

Very nice, new hotel in Altona area. Good lobby, comfortable single room with a big bed for reasonable price in Hamburg. In the evening bar is available in lobby. Good breakfast, nice people. TV-set, wifi, good climat control in room. Many clean towels.

There was no fridge/coffe corner in my single basic room, and no wardrobe with Door- it was strange. The room at the 0 Floor with a view to other windows. Min 10-15 walk away to the Street with caffes, quite far from subway too.
