Very nice, quiet room. It even had a lovely little balcony. Plenty of space. Very nice to have a kettle and tea and coffee. The bathroom was fine.

The curtain was not wide enough to cover the window completely.

I travelled to visit a company next to the airport so location was good. 10' away from it by bus. If you want to go to the centre it'll take a bit more. Around the hotel you have restaurants, a supermarket, hair dresser, bakery,..., so basics are covered. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good and enough. Ensuite single room was cleaned with enough space for clothes, a secretary to work and an armchair to chill. Spacious bathroom

WiFi signal was not that strong. Water from the shower leaks a bit outside, floor gets wet. Nothing dramatic. Mattress a bit soft for my taste (maybe needs to be changed) but I slept well

I have absolutely nothing negative to say, it’s in a great location especially for going to hospital appointments in UKE and israletiches Krankenhaus. The staff are very friendly the room is clean and spacious including the bathroom. It’s a hotel we always book whenever we need to go to any hospital appointments.

All in all our room was clean, but our bathing tub was a bit dirty. You need 45min by bus/metro to reach the city center.

The bed was extremely comfortable and exactly what we needed for a good night sleep while driving through Germany. Parking was free. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. All in all a very good value for money.

Although far from the city center, the neighborhood is really nice and calm.

The shower leaked water from the door.

Overall positive. Spacious fresh room, bathtub, freshly prepared eggs on demand for breakfast which was good for the price, free parking, ok location with car.

Carpet was worn out but it was just a visual thing.

The location, the free parking in front of the hotel, big rooms, great mattress, good towels and the breakfast was tasty!

Small pointer: The curtains were quite thin, and let a lot of light through.

Friendly staff. Large and comfortable room. It’s a bit outdated but clean and comfortable. I would stay again.
