Quiet area of town, easy to park close to hotel, nice breakfast (although not as extensive as I remember it in the past), huge bathroom.

I ordered a room with 3 single beds. It turned out that one of the beds was a sofa bed that had been set up for the night. I normally try to avoid these, as they are not as comfortable to sleep in as proper beds. Unfortunately, this was not mentioned correctly in the description from the hotel.

We used it as we had a very early plane to catch from Hamburg airport. This hotel is around 15min away from the airport I arrived very late so I had to extract my room key from a machine and I left very early next day so I didn't talk to anyone on the hotel. I left he payment in the room.

It was a very hot room and only one fan so it was a bit difficult to sleep. We didn't open the windows due to the mosquitos.

The hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, take aways and ice cream shop. It is also walking distance to the bus and train station for tourists and locals to travel to Hamburg City. ( The train is very reliable and on time ) all the time. The hotel staff were lovely people. They are very welcoming and accommodatingThe lady at the reception let us even borrow an adapter. Navi was also nice . Checking in and out was easy. The place was clean.

The only thing that I would suggest is provide tea and coffee facilities in the room instead of providing it at the reception. The water from the flask does not stay hot. Also, on our last day, there was no hot water as they were working on their plumbing. Aside from that our stay was wonderful and comfortable.

The mattress was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. A good hotel if you just need to stay overnight on the way, while travelling. We easily found a spot to park, and were able to get in with a code to get our key card.

The toilet was squished into a corner which made it an uncomfortable sit. But every room is different, as it's an older style hotel.

The location was excellent for the small town where it was based, although a bit far out from Hamburg city centre. I had a very secure parking space for my motorcycle and the room had all the facilities I needed. I enjoyed the walk into the town (lots of nice places to eat) and having a petrol station at the end of the block was very convenient for my trip.

Breakfast started a bit late (8:00) for my trip & no pastry etc to take was offered.

The bathroom was big and comfortable. The bedroom has a good size too. Parking was easy. There´s space in the parking of the hotel but also there are some parking slots in the street.

There wasn't any leaflet in the room telling us the WIFI password. Because we arrived late in the night, there was nobody at reception to ask for the password so we couldn't use wifi in the night. In the morning I went to reception and they gave me a little paper with the password on it. That's very inefficient. The password should be in a leaflet inside the room.

I read some negative remarks and yes, the place does look a bit old-fashioned, but I kind of liked the charm of it. We had a good night sleep, a warm shower and a decent breakfast. What more could you ask for when you're only staying a single night?

Large beds, large bathroom, simple but comfortable room. Location is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries within walking distance.

Instructions were not clear; We had contactless check in, but I had to ask for my pin code though it was promised to be sent to us on the day of check in. Then we were a bit confused as to how to check in. But it was simple once we called the hotel number to ask.
