Excellent location near the Train/ SBahn station. Shopping & great café/ bakery nearby, nice quiet park area to walk. Room & bathroom size were very good& windows that open. Lobby area also nice size & well furnished. Didn't try breakfast. Quiet. Travelled with my aunt, so happy to be able to separate the beds far apart! Clean bedroom& other areas including bathroom EXCEPT for bottom of shower where glass walls meet floor.

Beds a little too soft, but new/ not worn out.I prefer firmer mattress. Base of shower quite moldy where glass meets tile ( siliconed). Instant coffee not tasty.

The room was very nice, super clean with big comfy beds and there are heavy curtains available to keep the light away if you need it - so the sleep was really great there and we were well rested every night. The surrounding of the hotel was really quiet (no bars, loud people, traffic etc.) as well as the hotel itself. The hotel is located about 3 minutes walk from S-Bahn station, which is really convinient. The neighborhood feels safe and there is a big supermarket a few meters away from the hotel. There was a parking spot available for a price of 6 eur per day. Would recommend!

Lovely rooms and clean. Backs on to a small park-like area and kinder school but was still very quiet. Very handy with an Aldi store out the front and a fantastic restaurant beside it which is open late with delicious food and very reasonable pricing.

The room size was quite small with little option to have large cases. A couple of sachets of coffee in the room when we arrived but not replenished at all during our stay

The hotel was great in many ways. Their app is great and all the online communication features they have. The room was nice and spacious, the location was absolutely perfect for us. They managed all my needs even was my flight was almost 10 hours delayed.

I know Germany is supposed to be more sustainable, but air conditioner would have been nice. They could have a phone line available.

Very comfortable bed, though pillow a little too high for us. Modern and well maintained room, including a fine bathroom. Very good and comprehensive breakfast in nice surroundings. Friendly and helpful reception and breakfast staff. Parking in underground garage 50 m from the hotel (€6 pr. night - ask the hotel reception) which is locked/secured between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m.

It was a quiet nice neighborhood. We stayed one night, Supermarket Aldı was around the corner,so practical when you need to shop on the way.

All good in general, I only saw some spiders in the room. And pity that elevator do not go to 3rd floor. Luckily we did not have too heavy bags.

Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Friendly staff. Very quiet. Great location.

Automatic bedside lights that come on at floor level when getting out of bed during the night.

Very good hotel in the northern outskirts of Hamburg. The hotel is located close to Norderstedt Mitte U-Bahn and hence easy access to public transport. The room was a good size and the breakfast buffet varied. There are several options for eating nearby the hotel. It's a hotel I have stayed at many times and will continue to do so.

Reception was excellent. Very helpful polite and her customer service was excellent

I am so happy will recommend this hotel to all my friends coming to hamburg. Breakfast was good staff there were so nice and helpful. Park Hotel need to coach other hotels about customer service. I recommend park plaza Hotel to any body visiting hamburg.

Clean and modern hotel. Close to the train station if you want to get to the airport or to Hamburg. We had a really lovely stay here

Checking in after 11pm was a bit tricky as no staff were there so we had to call a number and follow instructions. The person on the phone was very helpful though
