Me and my wife were the guests of Aparthotel Treudelberg for 14 nights. I just want to say that this hotel is great, specifically when it comes to "value for money". The room was large enough and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchenware was appropriate for cocking. The bathroom was also big and clean. The gym, swimming pool and sauna were great. The location is amazing! Bus station is just in front of the hotel, and by taking bus no. 176 or 276, you can easily go to S-Bahn station "Poppenbüttel", and from there, all city is readily accessible.

Here is some negative points about Aparthotel Treudelberg: The housekeeping service is performed once a week, not every day! The reception duty hours is 8 AM to 5 PM only (not 24 hours!) and most of the time, you cannot find the reception staff! The free WiFi is very weak and interruptive. There were no shampoo, handwashing or dishwashing liquid in the room.

Loved the room, and especially the comfortable hard bed. Best bed I ever slept on in a long time. I suffer from bad back, but not once did I get a bad back in the morning. The bathroom was perfect. And nice to have a safe as well. Great location, with bus stop just outside. The other point about the location, there is a are two walks that you can do : upriver or downriver (recommend this one). If you don't take the bus, you can walk to the station, walking along the river (30 to 40 minutes).

There was nothing I did not like

We prepared our own meals, since there was a kitchenette with all amenities, or ate out. Used the Steinberger Hotel's pool and sauna a no extra cost. 2 washing machines for 2 Euros each for 1 cycle and 2 dryers for 1 Euro for 1 cycle are easy available if not used by other guests. Drying racks are also available. However you must have your own washing tabs. Location is a bit far out, but still easy accessible. There are 2 separate buses that pass by the Hotel. Bus stops are 3-5mins walking distance. Very friendly receptionist and cleaning service :-).

The reception area for the apartment section needs to be more clearly identified from the outside/parking area.

Everything about the property was good, clean & regularly maintained. The staff in particular like Amela, Dennis and Gabriella were very warm, welcoming and friendly. Amela helped us a lot and Denis who fixed our bathrooms helped us with a few suggestions on sightseeing

A little far out but that’s okay. The gym and the swimming pool access were a bit too expensive and atleast the gym ought to be included in the price.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but there is a bus station right in front of it and it takes you to the train station from where you can take the train to the city. Otherwise, the hotel is located in a very green and beautiful area. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was basic, but very clean, spacious and comfortable. The check in and check out was very smooth and quick..

There were no negative aspects.

Woke up fresh daily. Sauna, swimming pool, and gym are fantastic with all kinds of equipments to use. Need to pay 25 per person per day, so flexible to choose either to be lazy bone or not. Good excuse to be lazy from workout. 🤣

Birds flying and sometimes poo from unexpected directions. Nothing can do but quite natural experience. Not on me but on hotel room window. Was funny though.

I was skeptical at first, reading through all the reviews on here with some claiming things that are unheard of such “someone entering the room” or so on. I can assure you that nothing of that sort happened. The staff were very professional and helpful, the service was as described and as expected, the location and the scenery are beautiful, and the amenities are fully functional. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place.

The place was quite and very open for movement . Nice location from the airport . I hardly saw any staff but it’s maybe because I did not need one that much .

The room was too cold , one bed had no support so it was shaky but that’s a minor problem . I think cleaning products should be in the apartment so that some guest who want to clean their own mess can do it .

This property is located in the perfect location for me. It is in a pleasant quiet rural setting with lots of parks and forest walking opportunities nearby. It also has a nice swimming pool!

The facilities are getting a bit tired feeling, but it is still all in good condition and functional. So, it is not a problem for the great price.

The beds are big and comfortable, even the extra couch bed. The rooms have big windows and most have great views to the green landscape. The bathroom is roomy, the shower works great. The hotel pool is pretty big and not very busy, great to go for a swim in the morning.

It is all ok, considering that the interior is getting a bit old and tired. It is all functional as far as I can see and the price is really affordable, so that is all alright.
