Really nice and spacious room, perfect atmosphere/styling thoughout this hotel, restaurant was superb and staff were really nice !

Some signs of wear and tear in the bathroom, lack of aircondition, ashtrays on the terrace should be empty before our check in (we are non smokers), nearby church bells somwhat disturbing, would suggest to upgrade the TV to a smart TV with casting abilities. At this pricepoint breakfast should be included

It was one of the best hotel I have stayed in Europe. Very humane! The staffs go extra miles to ensure their guests feel at home, have what they need, even on a national public holiday as long as we communicate our needs. The lady preparing breakfast actually remembers my preference for tea, how sweet is that! High integrity- for mishappening that goes beyond their legal obligation, they tried to help and correct their past mistakes very quickly, for which I highly appreciated. It's very near to a tranquil park, very warm neighborhood, with sufficient quality eateries within walking distance.

Wifi at rooms located at G floor was not working very well, a guest staying there could only watch video near the reception counter, wifi on the rest of the floors were good though. Pros and cons, it is a little far from the buzz and bustle of city for younger exploring travellers. The nearest metro station is 19 mins walk away (walking speed of Google map), the nearest bus station is around 3-5 mins walk away.

The room size is comfortable, and I don't feel squeezed. The location is very close, within walking distance to the shopping mall, restaurants, and market. Not far from the hotel, there is a lovely park perfect for relaxation and strolling.

The door is not so tight that you hear the bird chirping early in the morning, like 4 am, and the bell from the church.

This is a small hotel in a northern suburb. Looks like a family owned place, so that's very sympathetic. My room was spacious and faced the church. There is a middle eastern restaurant that is very popular, but unfortunately I couldn`t try it.

Location was good.

We booked a 269sqft room and was given a 215sqft room and said they had none available. Considering we booked over 12mths in advance we found that was quite disappointing.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable Room. Good Breakfast. Parking on site. A good location for business. Half an hour drive to the centre.

Overall too dark. I suppose it is a design idea but you don't relly see much. Parking very difficult to get away from - very busy street. A mirrir on the other side would be very helpful.

Cleanless

The room was cold and not ventilated. The breakfast was poor. It was expensive compared to average hotel costs around Germany.

We arrived later in the day and staff were very helpful and corresponded quickly for our arrival. Once we arrived and checked in we liked the everything about the room. The bed was really comfortable and quiet surroundings. In the morning we enjoyed a great breakfast!

The only negative I can say about the hotel is that it didn't have A/C. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay very much

charming staff, cleanness, and good breakfast.

During hot days, and in the absence of air-conditioning system, perhaps electrical table fans can be provided to guests, on request.

This was the second time we were staying in this hotel. Very polite staff. Our room had a nice size, was clean and all amenities were great. For breakfast there was a good selection, with very tasty and fresh food.

Nothing to complain about.
