We stayed here because of its close proximity to the places we visited. The bed was comfortable (not too soft, not too hard). It was good to have power outlets next to the bed.

- I find it ridiculous that as a guest you need to pay 6 eur per day for parking. At other places, if you are staying there as a paying customer, at least parking is free - very bad wifi connection. It was a pain to use the internet, there were times when the devices didnt even notice the wlan at all and even if we managed to connect, it was super slow and even disconnected itself - loud guests... there was a group of people who were drinking outside of the main hotel entrance and became very loud at a late hour. It was difficult to rest and reception didnt help to calm them down - no air conditioning in in the room... our room became very hot and the only way to manage the heat was opening the windows.. but then loud people outside...

It was a good sized room and bathroom. Location was suitable for what we needed. The breakfast was fantastic although the coffee was not great.

The room could be supplied with a fan in summer. We asked for one but they didn’t have any. Also we asked for an iron but another guest was using it. Really they should have more of those kinds of things for guests.

The staff remember was amazing, super kind and helpful! There was a wheel cart available to drag all our heavy stuff into the storage room. The hotel seems in a really safe location, and very quiet.

The room was quite strange. More like an office building with beds? When we arrived there was a small table stacked on top of the bed, and the main light didn't work, loads of little lamps around the room instead. Some people might find that annoying, but who puts the big light on anyway we didn't mind the light situation.

The reception is manned all the time, which is great. I don't understand the reviews saying the building is too old and needs to be updated. Not at all. It's a nice building in a good state for something constructed decades ago.

I don't know what is the point of asking for a parking fee in that area. It's an industrial zone and should be accessible. I don't recommend paying the parking fee there but to park 100 meters away in the street.

There is 24 hour reception and the staff were pleasant and helpful. On our first night we were amazed to be confronted with a big old television. We couldn't get it to work and nor could the staff member who came to help. Next day it was replaced by a flat screen tv. There were not many channels compared with similar places and we were surprised to see that it said it was analogue on the screen. Analogue? In 2023? If you want room service you must ask for it. We didn't use the bar or any of the hotel food facilities. Paying for the parking was okay.

There was no ceiling light, just lamps. On our last morning there was a knock on the door and 'room service ', then several times after that until the person/people got the message that we were leaving but when we were ready, before the departure deadline. When we left most of the doors near us were open and we noticed all the rooms had the old tv sets. These days flat screen sets are not expensive so hopefully they will be provided in the near future.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room service was great for a late check-in. We ordered 2 pizzas and were delicious for a late dinner for 3 in the room. They have a cart in the lobby that helped us carry all our luggage in the elevator to our room. The bathroom was a good size. The breakfast was good with different options, including eggs, hams, beans, sausages, jams, breads, juices, cereal, and fruits. The night staff helped us refrigerate our daughter's milk on their fridge because our room didn't have one, and this was a huge plus for us. The parking was a good price.

There was only one window that you had to open during your stay to cool the room, but it was still very hot during the summer (late June), even at night. The beds mattresses were thin and hard.

The fact that you can check-in at any time was our main reason to stay here and the reasonable pricing. We arrived at 1.30 AM straight from the ferry, so we were very happy to find a comfortable room and beds to sleep.

The beds are quite hard, but some may like just that.

Very spacious rooms with a competitive price. The room was very clean and had everything expected. Breakfast was tasty and had enough options. Staff was very friendly and helpful! A lot of space for parking and lots were good sized for modern cars.

The hotel is some distance from the centre of town.

Great value for the price. The room was clean.

It would have been helpful to have more power outlets on the nightstand near the bed. Also, having some ceiling lamps for better lighting would improve the room.
