It looked a bit rough from the outside, but it was well signposted and once on the inside, I met the owner who was very kind. The facilities were simple but clean. The location is good with two S-Bahn stations, one U-Bahn station, as well as a Lidl, a Rewe and many cafés.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was waiting for me and welcomed me smd had a pleasant chat. Bathroom was clean as well. Also many shops around the hotel and metro /s bahn really close by.

I couldn't find spoons or a kitchen but maybe I didn't look at the whole place and maybe missed out. I will ask again when I return next week.

Only one shared wc and shower for the guests

This was my second time staying. I had a very clean and well serviced room. Staff was so lovable and professional. Public spaces where very clean. I really recommend this hotel as it is in a really good location with connections to the main stations.

Everything was great.

It is exactly what it says it is. An affordable hotel located not too far from Hamburg Hbf. The roon was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The wifi worked perfectly. The shared bathroom was sparkling clean and well stocked with towels and toilet paper, etc. The communication with the hotel staff was clear and the check in was very straightforward. It doesn't have a kitchen or living room area so it's perfect for a short stay. The rooms do the job: providing an affordable and comfortable place to sleep.

The staff were very nice! I messaged one day before to ask if I could check in early - the cleaning lady remembered my request and even my name! She welcomed me with great hospitality. The room was basic but had all the necessities. It's very convenient to travel to by public transport. A shopping mall is only about 2 mins walk away.

The sound proof is very poor, I could hear the TV and the conversation from the next room. Also, the room is in general quite clean, but don't look under the bed...

The staff was really nice and helpful, 10/10. The room was pretty spacious, and met my expectations. In the reviews, people complained about it being too bright at night, but that was not my experience as the room had a view of the backyard. The bed was comfortable and had clean sheets. Although not central, the hotel is located in a nice area, a couple of stations away from the airport and the city center. You have everything you need nearby: supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl), bakeries, and public transportation.

The cleaning could have been a bit more thorough, because there was some dust on the countertop. The shared toilet although clean, sometimes smelled awful. The entrance to the hotel is via an alleyway that has no lights. This gives the FALSE impression of it being not safe. The room was a bit noisy because one of my neighbors, but that's my bad luck, not the hotels' fault.

Beds are very comfortable and it's very good for the price you pay. Great if you're on a budget.

The shower curtain was very dirty and there were a lot of spiders on the windows.

After I saw the price I just thought it would be a bad place but it was adequate and very well located from the city center, easily accessible with U-Bahn & S-Bahn. Ideal for a 2-3 night stays just like I did. Would definitely go again.

sound insulation could be better

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Shared facilities also very comfortable and tidy.

I can honestly not think of anything I didn't like personally.
