Room was big enough. It was very clean. Hotel location was perfect. Only 5 mins to Ubahn which take you to the city center and all the touristic places in 10 minutes. There was a supermarket behind the hotel. Toilets at the reception were very clean and everyone was very friendly.

It is a little noisy when other rooms close their doors. Despite we had dont disturb tag on the door, room cleaning service came in while we were sleeping.

Really comfortable bed, kinda big room. I was reading that there is loud but for my stay everything was great and i heard nothing. Area is great, 15 min till center with train, close to hotel is LIdl grocery shop. Staff is really friendly.

The fan in my room wasn’t working, also the towels they aint change each day and there is no cleaning every day, they only change trash bags and give 1 roll wc paper. One week with 2 towels is not great…

Stayed there for a week over Christmas/New year in a single bed room. The place is clean with good location, 3 underground stops from main station. The staff were very friendly and helpful (they speak English). Pouya, the Staff who helped us with the Check-in, was supportive. The Place offers a good value for the money.

The toilet window could not be opened. The bed could be a bit wider. The room needs more aeration.

The rooms dont have fridge. I suggest you provide a bottle of water daily for your guests and or other drinks and snacks imagine coming after 13 hrs trip and after u reach the room , you need to go buy water

Short distance to shops and it was warm in 5min from turning the radiator on. I make a mistake and i didnt get any problems from reception. The price is hard to beat.

Kids Beds wasnt prepered. We have to put all together.

It was good value for the location. Just a short walk to the train station which is few stops to the city centre. It was fairly clean and staff were nice.

The shower head kept falling off the holder.

Breakfast was actually pretty good, the blanket and pillow were comfier than expected.

The bathroom in our room was relatively small, the door didn’t close and u could hear the occupant inside, which I didn’t like.
