For a budget hotel it is all I could ask for. Staff very polite and helpful, room clean and tidy, breakfast was excellent to my taste and location was very close to my friends house and as he was to be our tour guide it could not have been better.Stay was for 7 nights

Could have been better with a hair dryer for my wife but its a budget hotel , cant have it all.

We were there for a game in Uefa Euro 2024. The staff it's great (they helped us with a bottle of milk for our baby boy...on Sunday you don't find any shops open after 19.00). The hotel itself is clean...and the room was just enough for the three of us. And it was near a metro station.

We've missed the refrigerator in the room. But it is a budget hotel so it's not enough reason to lower the score.

We stayed there before an early flight from Hamburg airport. Everything was amazing. Free parking just outside (it was a weekend), we were allowed to check in early and the reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, the room was lovely and clean. Great shower and comfy beds. The location is also brilliant - close to lots of restaurants, shops and public transport. Driving to the airport only took 15 minutes.

In a middle of the city where everything essential was easy to access, super easy to go around, 5/10mins walk to city centre. My 5 year old enjoyed the hotel and for her to say she misses it, tops it off, staffs were nice and very friendly, helpful and provided with extra help

For the price paid for 5days the room didn’t have the necessities such as kettle, basic needs. Breakfast for the prices charged not enough options

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room while basic had almost everything we required ( A kettle and tea/coffee making facilities would have completed it but we are from the UK}, bed was comfortable, double glazing ensured any outside noise staid there, air con worked well; breakfast was in our opinion good valve you and a wide range was provided every day, have no hesitations in saying we would certainly use this hotel again and recommend it to others who required a good budget hotel

Location is peaceful close to dining and shopping I feel it is nice place to enjoy and shop, I like the location easy access to other locations also. Downside only you need to travel the Ubank like 10 minutes to reach the hauftBanhoof, but it was ok with me

That there was no pancakes for the breakfast otherwise everything was excellent. And I expected the floor of the room to be more neat and the room was hot I don’t know what was the issue.

The toilet door was blocked from outside after servicing. I couldn’t go in. I’ve been informed the staff but unfortunately nobody came to fix it, but fortunately I as family had second room which I’ve used toilet.

You get what you pay for! It's a budget hotell! Rooms are simple, but very quiet and clean! Great parking in garage under the hotel, you do pay extra for parking. The area feels very safe and calm. Close to metro, restaurants and shops. We never tried the breakfast, we went to a café every morning.

Clean, value for money. Next to asian restaurant Ni Hau, excellent quality food (fair priced, not cheap).

Don’t need luxury but would have expected a hairdryer as the basics in a room (but there is none).

Room was nice, all things as standard as per expectations of International Hotel chain. Hotel has plenty of amenities as it is in the middle of Hamburg.

On site- parking is only available free of charge until 8am,- after this you have to move your car into a different car park, and then pay that car park's charges. there are a couple around the hotel.
