Loved the location! It was my parents first time in Hamburg and they loved the area, they felt safe and were delighted to stay at such a lovely location. The apartment was perfect too and matched all of our facilities needs. It was also easy access for my grandma who occasionally needs to use a wheelchair

I think the 2 smaller pullout couches are okay for 1 or 2 nights but couldn't imagine myself staying on them any longer than that.; All the same they weren't terrible!! The shower took a little bit of time to figure out the temperatures and took some time to heat up but again, a minor detail!

Fantastic apartment which was a great size for 6 adults. Apartment situated in a wonderful street about 10 mins walk from metro station and a 2 min walk from a gorgeous park on the Alster. Rooms were modern and clean. It had everything we needed. Hosts were extremely helpful when we had a small issue with one of the beds and rectified it quickly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location. The flat is modern and comfortable, large enough for a family of five.

Checking-in time was moved to 6pm after we booked, which didn’t suit us as we were travelling by train and arriving in mid-afternoon. The flat ended up being ready around 4.30, however, and we were able to negotiate an earlier check-in.

The property was conveniently located near Alsterpark with many restaurants within walking distance. Also, the quiet environment, as it was a weekend, was lovely in a busy city. We had our dog with us, and there is a yard/garden right behind the house.

Getting into the building was inconvenient if your group came in separately.

In the evening we had no water so we couldn’t brush teeth, shower,… In the night the plumbing made a lot of noise. The problem was solved in the morning.

Really great place - one of the most nicely decorated holiday apartments I have ever stayed in. Very clean, communications beforehand were good eg how to find the key, nice neighbourhood and lovely setting near the lake.

no oven in the kitchen. very small parking place. a bit long to the center, so need to use public transportation (but lots of opportunities near by
