- I liked the bed arrangement in the 6 bed dorm. - Kitchen facilities are there and one can use all the utensils and stuff - The staff was super nice and helpful - There is a gaming zone as well

- The location is okayish, if you are a tourist you would want to be near to the sight seeing places. It’s a little outside the city. But it’s peaceful. So choose what you want. - Probably would be better if there is some event to make people socialise via games, music and stuff - nothing wrong about the hotel, but a guy was snoring too loud and he woke everyone up with the noise. It was 75dB (vacuum cleaner is 80-90dB). So make sure you have some ear plugs.

Very good hostel close to Altona station for good public transport links. Nice bar/lobby area. Comfortable beds with good pillow/sockets and shelves. Hostel is in a quiet and safe area but also close to public transport. Pretty quiet hostel, which is laid out more like a hotel, so it's more suitable if you want a good nights sleep rather than a party vibe. Good value for money in an expensive city. E-scooters are usually parked right outside front door.

Shower in room was tiny and kind of blocked so water was gathering at bottom even when taking a short shower. Kind of off-putting when sharing with strangers.

Everything is super clean and staff is so nice. I loved that shower and toilet are separated and have their own sink so if someone was in the shower you can easily use the other. Location is 10/10; few minutes walk from train station, there’s a lot of stores in the area and you can walk everywhere from the hotel. Did not try food, so I can’t tell anything about it.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable but that’s just my personal preference as my roommates liked it. Also walls are thin, so you can hear everything (e.g. I think they had delivery or something early in the morning and even with closed windows you could still hear everything, you could also hear people in other rooms around you but only if it is like dead quiet).

Very spacious rooms (female dormitory for 6), everything was very clean, beds are comfortable and of a good length (I was worried I would struggle with bank beds because I’m tall, but I didn’t). Location is 5 minutes away from a big transport station - trains and buses going in any direction you need. PS My roommates were lovely!

I lived on the 4th floor and could hear the noise at the bar from the ground floor. People were shouting and laughing loudly in the middle of the night - it did disrupt my sleep. Also, when it was hot outside, it was very hot in the room, too. I struggled to sleep because the air was so hot and humid.

Firts of all the location is great next to “Altona station” from there you can go basically anywhere with no transfers . Also the surrounding area was not sketchy at all for Hamburg (it was safe) .The staff was very nice . The room was clean . There were towels . It was very quite.

I would recommend to be cheaper a little bit because 75€ is not that cheap. And also the check out time was till 11:00 thats not nice when you have a long night.

We had 17 lads stay here for a stag do and it was not a problem at all. Really good facilities, a bar downstairs, walkable into the centre and easy to get to via train from the airport. The hotel is slightly basic but all that was really needed and for the price we paid was actually very very good value. I would recommend to others looking for similar.

Bathrooms probably could do with an upgrade but they are fine!

Room worked well for a family of 6. Toilet and shower separate which was a bonus. Lots of storage. Lift. Communal kitchen with fridge. Clean, beds comfy enough. Great location as there was a huge grocery shop closeby as well as a big station. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There is a lot of wooden beam blocks sticking out from the beds (due to the design), where we regular stubbed our toes. The walls was a bit thin, we could hear the loud music from next door (they partied hard in the early morning hours, but after we went down to reception to complain, they sorted it out for us, but we did miss out on some sleep). The fridge was too small to accommodate all the people that stayed. The kitchen did not really had enough space to accommodate more than 1 big group cooking and cleaning.

This is my second time visiting this place. I work in Hamburg but live in NRW, so whenever I need to come here, I look for an affordable place to stay. While it’s not the cheapest option—for example, the women’s dormitory costs €22 per night—it’s definitely worth it. The room is cozy, and it includes a washroom and shower. Since I’m sharing the space with another guest, I won’t take pictures, but I’d definitely recommend staying here!

You can choose your own bed if it's free. The staff will give you a card that show your stay date and when you get into the room, you can choose the free bed that available and put the card to your bed. Almost of staff is very nice except the one guy that do check-in for me. The staffs are very friendly and give information about facility. There is free luggage room and also paid locker for your luggage. The security is quite safe The bathroom is inside the room. So you will share it only with other guest in the same room as your

one make staff that do check-in for me don't tell me any information about facilities and time of door operation (I am back to stay in next week and other staff is very friendly and tell me lots of information. There is only one light switch that are the light in the middle of the room and in front of bath room. it will be better if there is another switch for the light in front of bathroom

The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable.

The location is average, not very close to the center, but if the weather is good it is ok to walk. The kitchen was not clean and they didn't have paper towels there. Also check-in is at 11 AM, but in the morning you have to ask the staff to open the kitchen door for you, because cards didn't work for this door on check-out day. There are lockers in the room, but for some reason they are located too high.
