It is very far from the center. Plus the roads leading to it feels like an isolated area.

The staff was really nice and informative. A quiet neighborhood and the room was very clean and tidy.

The location is far from the city centre. At least an hour away from Hamburg city centre. And a 10 -12 min walk to the nearest bus station. A bit far from restaurants, but there is a penny near by (10 min walk), but no other facilities. It's surrounded by industrial companies and factories. But there's no sound. So it's quiet.

Cosmin was extremely helpful from check in to check out! So friendly and went out of his way to help us make sure our flixbus reservation was not moved. Niclas and Harleen were also extremely helpful. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed in the hotel (and out of it) to make our trip to Germany as good as can be. Give them all raises, especially Cosmin! I liked everything!

Good hotel to stay with family with car. Easy to reach from Autobahn. Used the S-bahn from Reinbek to Hamburg. Clean hotel and good communication from the staff.

The check in and out was excellent and very easy. The breakfast was nice.

The sink was leaking in the bathroom and someone was repairing the other rooms at 19:00. The bads were very hard.

Location is good close to the autoban, The family room was big enough for us Friendly staff and free parking.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, bread and buns were not fresh they were hard and dry and the breakfast overall a bit limited choice

The stuff were amazing. The breakfast looked cute the room was neat and clean. Everyone was super amazing and friendly in general.
