Quiet neighborhood. Lake at the back of the place. Rooms are well ventilated despite not having airconditioning. Competitive rates. Spacious bathroom. Beds are adjustable and is good especially if one has a back problem/scoliosis and other related concerns. Common area, spacious kitchen complete with all cutleries, cooking utensils, stove, sink and all other equipments that are free and available for use of all guests. Unlimited coffee c/o coffee machine. Safety and security of the place.

It’s a bit of a drive from the airport/city center. It took me 1 hour via Uber to reach the hotel. It can be a challenge to claim your room key as it is placed in the boxes upon the hotel’s entrance. I was lucky that staff are outside smoking by the time of my arrival. One guy assisted me with connecting to the wifi, and had to read the German instructions of the hotel from my Booking.com app on how to get my key and which room to stay in. I was assisted by the same hotel guy and showed me to my room.

Location of apartment - Away from city noise, calm cool and close to greenery. 600 meters from public transport that takes you to city center in 50 mins. Small Lake behind the building, very soothing place. Very supportive staff who were ready to answer all your questions.

Late night entry could be made automatic, specially the main door of building. We were arriving late and main door was locked and we struggled for 30 mins to get it opened through phone call. Rest everything was super good.

We really liked the spacious rooms, that is quite comfortable for when you're travelling with little kids.

Not being able to communicate with the staff for their lack of understanding/speaking English. Although when we thought we lost our keys and wallet they did their very best to try and help. If my German was great, I am sure the staff would've been awesome...

Our double room with two single beds was spacious and clean, with a nice view over the garden and canal. The garden by the canal is very well kept and has got benches and tables, which are great to have breakfast on or relax with a drink in the evening. The staff were friendly and polite.

The transfer to and from the airport by public transportation can be a bit of an adventure so allow plenty of time.

Good cosy location next to Hamburg. Need a car or motorcycle to get there. But good price and value. Beds are equiped with electric raising matreses. Very clean bathroom. Good bedsheets. Fridge in room. Coffee machine in hallway

Smoke from cigarette smell in general hallway near entrance. Other than that no issues

The room is comfortable and big. There is a shared fully equipped and clean kitchen with a free caffe machine. The hostel is pet friendly and just 5 euro/night for a dog. The car park is free for the guests.

It is about 30 minutes driving to reach the center of Hamburg.

Quiet, clean and comfortable with everything that you need for a short stay, including free coffee and tea. A kitchen available to prepare your own food.

Far from shops, no option for breakfast. Early check-out - at 10.00 o'clock, which makes you hurry in the morning. Corridor area looks shabby.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The staff are more than wonderful. It's a quiet and relaxing place. I hope i could spend more time. If we have the opportunity, the hotel is at the top of our list
