The staff where allways very helpful and made you feel very welcome. Nothing was to much trouble. I asked for a ground floor room because I am Disabled and they provided me with a room large enough for me and literally just next to the dinning room. The breakfast was well worth the cost and you hade sutch a choice from a crooked breakfast to salmon fresh fruit just but to name a few. Eavning meal was excellent and of a fair price, and the service was excellent from all the staff. From the chef in the kitchen to the chamber mades. I would recommend thix hotel. Thank you for making our 10day stay so comfortable and homely. Busses run every ten minits to bergadorf train station. I surgested a walk around the park by the hotel and a visit to the castle in the town if bergadorf.

The only thing I can falt, and that was there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. But that is my only surgestion.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast offered was of good quality, though I found it to be slightly overpriced. It would be more convenient if the room included a refrigerator and an electric kettle. The parking facilities were excellent, spacious and easily accessible. Additionally, it would be helpful if the meats and cold cuts at breakfast were labeled, so guests can identify the type of meat being served

Consistently top service, well lit garage parking with easy and secure access to rooms, spacious and updated bathroom with large shower and good water pressure. Insect screens in front of windows are welcomed. Quiet location that made sleeping with open windows possible. Rooms are well sound insulated. Large outdoor patio part of restaurant.

Wifi/WLAN still a bit of an issue. Good enough for leisure travel. Most rooms are on dark side because of tall trees and bushes bordering property. Advantageous in summer though to block out heat. Would like if breakfast buffet offerings would be changed every few days.

Old style hotel, super classy and clean. It is a pretty beautiful place, very charming. There are many parking places. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is quite expensive and the pillows are something like a cushion - not comfortable at all. Would be nice to have the option for a normal Pillow under international standards.

It was all very well organised, and we loved the Sessel in the room. Clean and tidy, but maybe an electric kettle would be a great addition to the room, although I know that there is a restaurant in the hotel, but for just getting some Abend tee at night, it would be great.

Great location if visiting Hamburg as there is a bus stop 5 minutes away which takes you to the train station. Buy a Hamburg card and it will cover you for bus and train travel and you can do this online. Plus you get discount at attractions. The hotel was lovely, the food in the restaurant was superb. The beds were comfy with lovely linen and it was quiet. Garage parking for our motorcycles was a bonus.

Felt ripped off paying €8.50 for a bottle of water, absolutely outrageous price. UK hotels provide water free of charge!

Great hotel. Cozy and silent. Services were great. Bed was comfortable, room and all over hotel very clean.

Breakfast (19.50e) is quite expensive. Restaurant looked cozy, but again quite expensive, but there are plenty more places to eat ~10min walk. But its everyones choice.

The room was good and clean.The breakfast was very good and the people was very nice. We had dinner in the restaurant that was good but expensive. There are channels in English, BBC, CNN that helps to know what is happening in the world. All the people from reception to restaurant were very good and helpful. There are other restaurants nearby that you can reach by car. It is a bit far away from Hamburg centre.

Could be more close to Hamburg but I knew that already.

The hotel was very clean and upscale. The rooms had lots of space for luggage and clothing. The restaurant was outstanding with a great selection of German foods common to that area of Germany. The bar was fully stocked and included a 'beer bar' for those desiring draft beers.

In contrast to most American hotels, there are no rooms with beds for more than 2 people. As a result, for a family of 5, we required 3 separate rooms. Note for American travellers; German pillows have minimal stuffing and provide zero support. However, this is not unique to this facility.

Extremely well presented, nice setting both in/ out side. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Food quality was very good serving typical northern dishes. Good well stocked varied breakfast.
