The hotel is so comfortable, clean and in a very quiet place. The furniture was luxury and I like it so much. The kitchen was prepared for most what we need. I liked when we arrived, the room was prepared with one extra bed, because we were a family of six persons. The toilet towels and the bed linen was so cleaned and have a nice smell. The sofa bed was comfortable even the below. I really recommend Hotel A24 bei. The parkering was always available and it is free.

The hotel is 18 minutes driving from Billstedt shopping centre, and you need to have a car.

It's a great location if you are visiting Vabali, 30min walking distance. The room had everything you need, comfy bed, microwave, cutlery, tea and coffee, hairdryer. And the view was also not bad. Check-in and out was quite easy.

The bathroom smells like mold, probably because not well ventilated. For the timing being, construction works aside of our room were a bit disturbing.

The staff was super friendly! I ran a few minutes late on check-in after the reception was supposed to close, the waited on me and helped me greatly afterwards. The room was great for 1 person, it was very clean and had everything I needed. Even the nespresso machine and the dishes looked spot on clean.

The bed is not super comfortable but it's ok, especially for the price.

I stayed for 8 days. The staff was very helpful in finding me a grocery store and a place to buy clothing after a difficult flight day and the airlines loosing my baggage. They also helped me secure a reliable taxi driver to take me into Hamburg for trip business. Hotel A24 Staff saved my trip! The hotel is nice, clean, comfortable, and quiet and located in an out of the way area where you can enjoy walks through the forested area located near fields and factories but are able to access nearby amenities like stores.

The place is quite well organized, cleaned and the staff are really helpful and kind. I have stayed there a few times it was always really good.

There are no supermarkets or grocery shops around. Nevertheless, there are bus stops close, so it is easy to reach the shops.

Very clean, new, comfortable bed, quite, well equipped kitchenette with coffee machine and coffee, tea were provided. There was a baby bed inside a room with a baby towel and linen, I didn’t request extra but added in a booking that we are traveling with 1 year old kid, so it was unexpected but very nice to have. Will definitely choose this hotel when travel close to Hamburg next time.

Maybe a strange neighborhood at first but it was calm industrial area so turned to be not that bad.

Nice place to stay overnight or longer. Quite new hotel with clean rooms with nice big bathroom. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good value for money. The hotel has own large parking area-free of charge.

Great location for visiting Vabali Spa, and significantly cheaper than their hotel. The apartments are a very good size, with a small kitchen and a large bathroom.
