Convenient location, near to Altona train and buss stations, where S1 line to the centre and airport stops as well. There are a number of cafeterias, small grocery shops and fast food cafes in the area. Mercado galleria, just a few min walk away, is a good place for lunch and small shopping. The area is a bit busy, due to proximity to the station, especially during rush hour. Check-in and check-out are quick, room is spacious, clean, in a good condition.

The hotel is well ubicated closed to Altona station and to a bike station, sorrounded by shops and supermarkets. Confortable beds and with dark curtains to avoid sunlight. A bottle of water was included on arrival in the room.

The room is not too big, i heard this is because we booked it with Booking but i cannot confirm if this is true or not. I would have appreciated a water heater in the room to make a coffee or tea.

The hotel is very close to the railwaystation but trains do not disturb. Hotel is very clean and I liked the breakfast room and the breakfast offer. People in the hotel are helpful and friendly.

Very thin walls and you hear everything what is happening behind the walls or mainly in bathrooms. At least in case of my room in the first floor with a view to the street. If unlucky and TV is on, somebody snores or having a call or caught you will have bad night.

A good place to stay for some nights. Everything worked, the wifi was good and the breakfast was quite sufficient. The location provided easy access to lots of places in the city by train, tram or bus. Having a shopping center nearby was an advantage too.

Accessibility might be an issue - there are stairs up to the lobby and I did not see an elevator either.

We liked the staff, they were all very helpful. The location was fine, though the facilities in the room were not particularly good - no coffee, tea or fridge for a cold drink- (I guess we got what we paid for, but a fridge would have been an inexpensive addition perhaps). The breakfast was superb.

I loved having a bathtub, bed was comfortable and I really appreciated having so much space in the room. It was also very conveniently located and surprisingly quiet once the windows were closed. It was great that a gratis water was included, perfect for late arrival. Check in and check out were very smooth too.

There is no socket close to the bed, unless you have incredibly long power cord in your charger. Entering the hotel through another one and being able only partially to use the elevator wasn't that comfortable.

Close to Hamburg Altona station. We booked at central but ended up a couple of doors away at best western. But we didn’t mind especially as they were able to give us a bathtub. Also friendly staff and very clean.

The noise from the construction site across the way until midnight (!) on a Friday night. This was disruptive as we had an early start the following day.

Great location, close the Altona Railway Station. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Room size was good and room was very clean.

Friendly staff, clean room, perfect location. I liked that it was very central and yet quiet.

I would have appreciated complimentary coffee and a kettle in the room. The room was quite small and the bed a bit short, but it was not really a problem for us.

I was on the top floor and sadly the lift only came to the one below. a small point but worth remembering if your mobility is not so good
