Good central location, easy parking, easy check in. Rooms super clean with a large walk in shower , a very comfy bed and a good breakfast at a very reasonable price. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. What a nice surprise. We will be staying here more often in the future for sure

While wifi log in was easy and for free, more bandwith would be nice. I did not see an elevator in the building, so please be aware if you have heavy luggage

Good sized and very clean room serviced every day. Bathroom very good with sufficient space. Excellent range of breads, meats, cheeses, conserves and cereals for breakfast with a hot option available. Immediately adjacent to the lovely Altstadt and good road access to other locations.

Our room faced the road and was rather noisy, especially with the windows open in the heat. Would recommend asking for a room at the back of the hotel if you like it quieter.

the rooms were nice and homey. the staff did everything in their power to ensure we’re having a nice stay. one of the owners even carried our suite cases upstairs for us!! they were super flexible regarding breakfast and we’re just so so so nice and helpful.

unfortunately they don’t have an elevator, so if you’re in one of the upper floors you are going to have to walk upstairs. the reception is also not open 24/7

Parking was aweful. Not enough spots and too tight (with folks parking against the building, making getting out of a spot very difficult)

Fantastic location in walking distance to the pedestrian zone and city center. The location was the main reason for us to try out Hotel am Turm. The staff is absolutely wonderful, on top of things and very accommodating, we asked for a water cooker and a few other household items and were able to keep those in our room for the duration of our stay. They definitely made us feel right at home. Rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning. Parking is free and right in front of the property. They have eBikes for rent at the front desk, we didn't get to try them this time but that's a great service have available.

As in a lot of old European buildings there's no elevator and quite a few stairs to climb to get to your room, just something to keep in mind if you have a hard time walking and/or a lot of luggage.

The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We will be staying at Hotel Am Turm again!
