I can highly recommend the restaurant dinner for exceptional, authentic food from the region, and breakfast options were also very good.

The restaurant's outside seating area was a bit sterile, but this was purely an aesthetic observation. The inside seating was very cozy; however, who wants to sit inside during a heatwave in the middle of Summer

Friendly, helpful English speaking staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good TV channel selection. Wonderful breakfast. Modern new bathrooms and modern tilt/twist double glazed windows. Great location.

There is no lift, (but I knew that when I booked). Our rooms overlooked the main through going road, which fortunately was not too noisy, because it was 34C when we arrived so we slept with the windows fully open. Next time I will ask for a room further from the road

It's a family hotel, so you feel at home. Staff were very friendly, and they speak good English. The breakfast was very good, with many options. The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The shower was really good. It's located in the heart of the city, so you can easily walk to places. It's close to the train station. We did everything on foot. I really liked the experience, and I would definitely go back!

I can't really say something we disliked. But if you need to use an elevator, this might not be the ideal place for you. We don't mind using stairs, actually we are used to it.

The location was pretty good - close to town. Free parking on site. There's a restaurant downstairs but it's very expensive. We only ate there for breakfast because it was included. Breakfast was OK - good selection of food served buffet style.

There's no lift so be prepared to lug your suitcases upstairs. The staff were helpful with this though. We also found the place very hard to find in the dark as the entrance isn't obvious when using Google maps. You need to head down the side of the building. One of our rooms smelled terrible - probably coming from the bathroom.

Breakfast indeed exceeded my expectations. Everything was delicious. The rooms were spacious, window banks were also so wide, it was a nice feeling staying in a historical building.

The shower cabin doors wouldn't close properly, which would flood the bathroom whenever we took a shower.

The breakfast was excellent and accommodations also excellent. I have stayed at this property on 4 different occasions (1990, 2001, 2003, and 2023). I will be back for sure. This property is within walking distance of everything. I would not seek to stay anywhere else.

The room is sufficiently large for a family of 4 (2 children aged 10 and 12). The breakfast was delicious and plenty to start the day. Large selection of breads, honey/jams and cold-cuts and you can order eggs to your liking. Super-friendly staff/owners.

Spent one night on my way home. I was sick and they were incredibly nice and helpful. The room is big and clean and the bed comfy. The breakfast looked great, though I couldn't eat, they were kind to make me some toast.
