Plenty of space in our apartment for our family of 5. We enjoyed the hotel beach access, swim dock and SUP boards provided by the hotel. Beautiful lake front location with view of Neuschwanstein Castle in the distance. Kind, welcoming staff. Thank you for your hospitality.

Not a big issue but just for some feedback... spider webs in balcony railing needed a bit of clean up. I did attempt to remove webs but, the spiders were quick at rebuilding them the next day. Deck tables probably could be dusted/cleaned off. Again, no major issues. We really enjoyed our stay.

The view! Just superb. We could not see the Castle from our balcony, but still the lake and mountains were gorgeous and we could see everyrhing from the private beach. We really appreciated the beach equipment available and the little playground for kids. The room was very spacious with enough room for the family to stay for a week or longer. The kitchen had all the equipment needed and enough cutlery and plates that we did not have to wash everything immediately after one meal. The bed was comfy, everything was clean and the liitle welcome present was also a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pillows were too soft, but that is individual. The couch bed was not that comfortable for adults.

Very comfortable and spacious room with plenty of windows and a large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and easy check-in check-out. Plenty of convenient parking.

Decor was not to my taste but that is subjective. Not a lot of decent dining options in the area.

Host couldn’t do enough to ensure you had a wonderful stay. Super breakfast, lovely comfortable room, stunning location, quiet and peaceful, easy parking ( EV charger available). Somewhere to come back to.

Big room for 3 persons, fully equipped kitchen. The place opens up to a million dollar view of the lake and mountain. Breakfast was good and served by the friendly host.

Everything was fine

The hotel is at an amazing location. The staff was kind. We were in the room with the shared bathroom which was no problem at al. It was cleaned on a daily basis and with 3 rooms sharing it we never had a problem with it being occupied for to long. The weather was quite hot when we were visiting. Luckily the hotel comes with a private lawn at the lake where you can jump in for a refreshing swim. The room we were in was at the top floor so it did tend to warm up inside but a fan was provided.

Wonderfull location. Staff was very helpful. Additional benefits, such as sauna and sups near the lake were wonderfull.
