Breathe taking views of the alps across the lake from the infinity pool never got tired! The staff were very helpful and entertaining. Great cocktails (the house cocktail - dirty rose was good). Good quality food (4 courses for £39 if booked in advance). The sauna with a view over the lake was wonderful (as was the overall spa, small but well designed). Booking a space on the private parking deck was very useful as it got busy parking on the road. The bar stocked over 100 gins! Cosy (fake) fur blankets. Being handed 2 bottles of water when we checked out.

I struggle to find things to improve! Soft closing doors would be helpful as noise between rooms was not a problem but doors banging closed continually woke me up. Extending breakfast beyond 10:30 at weekends would be great. Please supply conditioner in the shower. The app to order drinks by the pool didn’t work.

Spectacular location on the lake, just stroll out the front door for a beautiful walk or swim on the lakeshore. Lovely pool and view, beautiful spa facility. Breakfast was superb. Bar staff were really fun and entertaining. Room was beautiful and modern and parking very convenient.

We thought our balcony room would be on the lake and were really looking forward to the view, but we missed that 'balcony' does not mean a view of the lake - we had a view of the parking garage. Our mistake. Also, if you don't purchase the full board package that includes dinner, you cannot dine at the restaurant and are sent next door. It was a decent alternative but unexpected.

Our room was dirty when we check-in. We told staff and they only say that tomorrow somebody came to clean that. When the next day came and cleaning was done there was still dirt. Spa was very clean and I don't like that housekeepers were cleaning everything the whole time. Every second somebody was cleaning something when you just try to relax. They even cleaned the windows during the day. Spa and swimpool was only open 10 am - 9 pm. You can't watch stream like Netflix etc.

Spa and pool area not open to kids--wish we knew that beforehand. Bathroom door is transparent, inhibiting privacy.

Very nice breakfast & the spa area was very nice with beautiful views of the lakes and mountains. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly and accommodating.

Only negative that we experienced was the parking. The hotel has a small amount of parking and there is also public parking but, finding a parking spot proved to be a little bit challenging.

This is a nice hotel. Helpful staff, good facilities, nice pool/sauna, comfortable rooms,bvery good breakfast. My only complaint is not air conditioning in the rooms. It very uncomfortable to sleep at night even with fans.

Great location on the lake away from the crowds in Fussen. The spa facilities are all lovely.

I would suggest not booking a lake view in the summer because the sun shines directly into your room in the afternoon and it is very hot when you try to sleep.

The wellness facilities were excellent. Paul was exceptional and friendly as a staff member.

The wifi needs boosters throughout the hotel as the connection kept dropping. The spa bathrobes need to be larger and longer.

Great location, great staff. I wish we could have stayed longer.

No A/C or fans and even with the door to the balcony wide open, it was stifling hot in the room. We stayed out of the room during the day so it was only a problem at night.

Location was great and breakfast excellent.

Staff being loud outside room. Shower drain didn't work and the bathroom was very dated and not that clean.
