Location was perfect and the view was amazing. Large room, balcony, bed was good but pillows were too flat. Breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed diner thre on evening but a bit overpriced. Service was great.

there is no air conditioning and the only option was to leave open a window. We both got a few mosquito bites. We brought a small portable fan that saved us because the comforter is way too warm. No lightweight option.

We stayed in the Junior Suites (with a lake view) and it was really an awesome experience. The room and the attached bathroom was quite spacious and had the necessary ammenities. The breakfast was also quite up to the mark - didn't have too many options, but was enough for a sumptuous fill. The staff at the hotel and at the restaurant was amazing - always eager to help and greeting with a smiling face. We took our car and the underground parking was perfect with a lot of parking spots and easy access with elevator.

The WiFi was a little on the poor side. Kept on disconnecting quite frequently and the signal was poor.

Localtion location location! The staff were also super helpful. The room size is good and the view was simply amazing! Breakfast is basic but was sufficient!

The pillows! Had to wake up with a neck pain everyday! Bathroom towels are run down and feel like they've been in use since the 90s!

Absolutely amazing views!! Really comfortable large room and bathroom. The balcony was a great place to sit and enjoy the view of the lake and mountains.

A hotel has amazing location right next to the beautiful lake. We had stunning view from the window. Breakfast was very good with lots of delicious food. We had amazing time there.

There was an old sock on the top shelf of the wardrobe, disgusting..

The room and location were breathtaking.

The mattress was overly firm. I actually slept on the couch in the room because of the mattress.

What more can I say we come back year after year. The hotel caters for our needs. We love the lake view rooms with balcony . They are spacious and comfortable. We never tire of the view. The underground parking is perfect for us. Our skiing trip would not be the same without an overnight stop at this perfectly located hotel. Not to mention the delicious breakfast.

After a long drive we simply want to relax and do not need additional facilities. We cannot fault it.
