The check-in was super simple. Parking is spacious and has around 10 spots. The room despite not being big, had an amazing view and was super clean. The beds were comfortable and there were no issues with the internet connection.

Don't ask for breakfast. Just drop by ALDI nearby. We paid 35 euros for the cold snacks that should have been included, considering the price of the stay.

It was clean and secure, I felt safe.

I thought it was a SPA. There was no pool, no jacuzzi, just a hot box downstairs and that closed at 4:30. Very hard to find, the address is not on the street, you have to drive passed down the street to the next block, turn on a street not marked, and then there was the sign..

We went to the castles and planned to stay not too far away. We arrived around 17.00 and the description how to get the key went very well. The room was spacious enough for our luggage and to enjoy the comfort. There is a cozy library room. Complementary water and wine in the room. Restaurants were a good 10 minute walk away and we walked around the alley ways of Füssen afterwards before we headed back. Breakfast was not included in the price and paid Euro 16.00 per person. Nicely set out breakfast with various cereals, Müsli and nuts, plus boiled eggs, cheese, meat…

Problems with locking the door

Very pretty hotel, perfect with any means of transport (by foot, bike or car). The room was clean -though a little dark, contrasting with a bright and modern bathroom. The services available were very nice, with environmentally conscious details everywhere.

The staff was not around much: I only managed to catch one of them upon arrival and right before departure. I had to leave my luggage in an unlocked and unattended "library" before having access to the room on the day I arrived (thankfully I had locks on my suitcases and the other hotel guests were nice so nothing happened).

Fantastic location in a beautiful garden. Generous size room and ample parking. A very welcoming and helpful staff - both reception and breakfast room. Good selection of fresh delicious food for breakfast. Walking distance to Füssen - with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants. A complimentary bottle of local red wine in our room was a lovely surprise. All made a perfect base for exploring beautiful Schwangau area.

The hotel is located in a separate facility surrounded by small park, which you can enjoy walking. We were able to pick-up the keys ourselves at the entrance. The hotel located in a walking distance from the city center, there's also a supermarket just around the corner. Our stay included breakfast, which we were enjoying in a separate small restaurant room as we were staying with our dog. The breakfast included all basis staff to be prepared to the active day in the mountains. The room was cozy and clean, with nice shared balcony and a view to the mountains. The location is really quiet. We enjoyed the our stay there.

The check in instructions were easy to follow and there was plenty of parking. I was only here for one night and I got here late so I didn’t get to enjoy any amenities but I loved the decor and how each room number was with a bottle of wine. I had a beautiful view of the mountains.

There were not clear instructions on what to do if you check out before reception opens at 8 so I just had to guess to leave the key at the front desk. The bed was a little hard.

The view from our room was absolutely amazing, right out to the Füssen castle! The location is great too, just a 10 minute walk from the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We really appreciated the free parking and the location.

Nothing to complain about, it was a lovely stay from start to finish!

Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. Google did struggle to find it but it's in a great location once you know where it is. Just a short walk into town and also very close to the bus and train station. Beautiful view from our room. I highly recommend a stay here.

The only thing missing was a kettle in the room or somewhere in the hotel to buy a coffee.

Self check-in is possible which is great. The room was super clean and nice. Another guest had a problem with getting his card using self check in when reception was closed in the evening but the staff seemed to have reacted quickly and came to solve the issue. The only downside was not being able to get tea in the honesty bar.
