The apartment was big and gave us lots of space. The quad room was perfect for our kids. The quests bedroom was comfortable. The kitchen and living room area allowed us to cook in and relax which was nice.

The requirement to have all the kitchen dishes clean and dry prior to leaving was difficult because they did not provide kitchen towels or extra towels to dry dishes and appliances used.

This hotel is very well located, right in the city centre, close to shops and restaurants. We were welcomed at reception by a very nice lady who pointed out the best restaurants in town (she recommended an amazing Vietnamese which was exceptional!). She was also super lovely when explaining about the rooms, breakfast etc. Breakfast was 10/10, I was not expecting the variety we had and everything was delicious. A lot of vegetarian options. Rooms were big and beds were very comfortable. Shower had good pressure and could get very hot if you wanted it to. Another employee the next day was also very helpful and friendly and found me a toothbrush, since I lost mine. Overall, for the hotel has amazing employees who will try to help you if needed, the rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is very well done. I recommend this place!

Since it was the city centre, we got some noise during the night, but only from 1 or 2 groups passing through the streets. It's a quiet town, so it's not common, but can happen and the rooms are not that well isolated. The rooms don't have big windows, so they get dark, and there's nothing to do in them. Therefore I'd say it's more of a good place to come back after a day out to sleep than enjoy your day at the hotel.

The property is in the beautiful village fussen. It was a very spacious apartment well equipped with all the necessities. Rooms were very clean and well arranged. It was in a walking distance from the railway station. The staff whom I thin was also the owner was super friendly and was fluent in English. The breakfast buffet was superb and delicious. It was worth every penny. We had a great time there. The hotel also provides you with a free transportation card valid for the whole stay. You can use the travel pass to visit the castles and main attractions around the area.

Absolutely nothing to complain.

Location was great, but a little difficult to access. Parking was confusing and roads are not all accessible by car. There is no air conditioning and if you sleep with the windows open, you may get eaten alive by bugs. Restaurants close early, but we were there on Sunday, so not sure about week days. There is a kitchenette, but no staples are provided, so if you want coffee, you will have to bring your own to put in the coffee maker or bring your own tea for the kettle or pay for a cup downstairs. The bathroom was nice and clean, nice shower with enough hot water for all six of us. The beds are comfy, nice down comforters. They do expect you to clean up before you leave, all dishes must be washed and dried or you will get fined. It is a cute town and I would go there again.

This was the only place we stayed that didn’t provide coffee or tea. You also need to be prepared to walk up several flights of stairs.

The location in Füssen is great, it's on a main street that cars are not allowed to use during the day so very pleasant to wander along looking at all the shops and restaurants. Right outside there's a narrow lane with a few restaurants too. The hotel is good except there is no lift, but a guest kindly helped us with our bags when we arrived and the manager took our bags down when we left. The room was comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. There was torrential rain one afternoon so we stayed in and the manager gave us fresh milk for tea and coffee in our room. Would definitely recommend and stay there next time we visit.

As the hotel doesn't have a lift, it is difficult with heavy suitcases. Everything else is very good.

Great location, nice room, friendly staff. We were hardly in our room because it was a one night stay but it met all expectations. Close to lots of restaurants (you must try the overnight oats at the bakery across the street!!), and the staff gave helpful tips. We left early for the castles and it was a quick drive.

No A/C which we knew up front but it happened to be really hot when we were there and it was a little uncomfortable for sleeping. We also had to carry luggage from the car in the ramp - not a huge deal, parking was reasonably priced.

The apartment overlooks the city street, very safe area. The staff is wonderful and helpful. We were able to walk around town to shop and eat. The parking deck that is included with your stay is an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The apartment is a lacking in some minor basics. There was no where to set the luggage so we had it lined up on the floor in the primary bedroom. There is no dressing mirror in the primary bedroom so you have to come out and use the hallway one. The TV is not a smart TV so you cannot cast your apps/shows and there are no English stations. There were no games so our teens/big kids ended up on their tablets or reading their books which was fine.

Excellent prime location, especially if only spending a night or 2. Rooms have been updated for the most part and are relatively spacious. We booked 3 rooms for 8 of us and overall we were satisfied (can't comment on breakfast as we had a kitchenette and didn't want the extra cost). Quick walk to the parkade with reduced cost parking which was nice, however loading/unloading was very challenging given the amount of construction and road closures next to the hotel.

Keep in mind there are no elevators and many stairs, including when you first enter the hotel to get to the front desk. Was not a fan of the layout of our suite and would not book it again - (2 bedrooms were great, especially having kids) however there was no 'living' area besides a tiny kitchen with the only bathroom inside of it. Plan ahead for construction and road closures around the hotel which also happens to be the busiest part of the city.

The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful - Katharina (still not sure about correct spelling) gave us a total guide how to reach certain locations as well as the tickets for the bus. We were able to leave our luggage before and after our check-in/check-out which enabled us smooth sightseeing. The area is very picturesque. You can visit both the castles and hike in 2 days. Highly recommended We also recommend to take a boat on Alpsee (lake)

The apartment was large, functional, and very clean. Staff team was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything to prepare fast meals. The hotel itself is very well-centralized, close to Füssen Bahnhof, stores, restaurants, and supermarkets, with easy access to public transportation to castles and lakes. The breakfast had many options as eggs, sausages, cheese, ham, marmalade, fruits, different types of bread, cereal, hot and cold drinks in a well-decorated space with a beautiful view of mountains from some windows, it is worth to pay extra for it.
