Great location, spotless rooms, good breakfast included in price. Staff welcoming and friendly. Great details provided for driving to car park; they have clearly responded to previous comments by customers.

The reception was just desk in what had the appearance of a side entrance and was not staffed once all expected guests had arrived, which made it feel more like a hostel than hotel. Room needed bedside lighting rather than just ceiling lighting, and an extra pillow for comfort. Although Füssen felt safe, the main entrance is left unlocked all night, with no-one on the door to maintain security.

Everything is new and spotlessly clean. Our triple room was just enormous. Fusen is a fairy tale old town and the hotel is in the middle of the most beautiful area. The parking place was perfect. The breakfast was tasty and diverse. The son of the owner was at the reception in the morning, a very polite and kind young man of a wonderful Turkish family, that speak a beautiful English which is a "rara avis" in that country.... In the middle of Germany, we felt so happy to be there, surrounded by the warm and welcoming Turkish hospitality... And this is one of the big pluses of this hotel... If I would ever go back to Fussen, I would definetly chose this accomodation again.

Because I'm a hotel owner myself, I dearly advice the owners of Fussen hotel to be careful at the maid. She only speak German (🙄) and sometimes she might be rude...

This was my first time in Germany, and the hotel’s location, right on the main street, made it very convenient for exploring this beautiful town. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us, as foreign visitors, feel at home. There is a parking lot located behind the hotel, and it’s easy to reach by following the hotel’s instructions. Our main destination was Schloss Neuschwanstein, but choosing to stay here and take the time to explore the town turned out to be the perfect decision. We thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful three-day, two-night stay.

Our accommodations exceeded our expectations! We booked a room for 4 and ended up with a suite-like room, unexpectedly that had two separate bedrooms within the hotel room itself. We walked into our room, which had an entire entryway area that was HUGE, followed by a long hallway with the 2 rooms and bathroom. The unexpected privacy provided by the rooms within our rooms was delightfully unexpected. Very clean. The location of the hotel could not be beat. Breakfast was delicious and included. Parking was conveniently located, but did cost ~15euro extra for the night. Staff was friendly at check-in.

Finding the parking lot was a little difficult, however, clear instructions were provided to us in advance. It was just a matter of following these instructions on the smaller roads than we were used to that made if difficult. Hair conditioner in shower was the only thing missing in the room itself.

We were given a room in the second building of the hotel which was only a short walk away. It looked newly renovated and the room was huge. The 2 large beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options including some vegan ones. The hotel is located on the main pedestrian area in town and meant a short walk to everything. The hotel has it's own parking which was very handy.

The open ended shower meant that that floor got pretty wet and needed to be mopped.

Our stay was great. The hotel was easy to get to and Google takes you right to the door. We were greeted by a very cheerful and helpful man. He was quite efficient in getting us set up for the night. The hotel was hosting a watch party for the Germany soccer match complete with drinks and brats available for purchase. It was great and we felt very welcome to join the festivities. The breakfast was good, get there early because the room filled up fast on a Saturday morning. There are many things to see and do within walking or biking distance. If you are there to relax but want to check out some trails, there are places to rent bikes both traditional and electric. There is parking available but you have to drive through the pedestrian zone to get there. Just keep you windows up and ignore the grouchy people.

The one, probably American, drawback was that there were no fans or A/C available. We did sleep with the windows vented.

The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Town, making it the perfect starting point for a stroll around the city center and a tour of the castle. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing ample space to relax after a long day. The staff are exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Additionally, we were able to park our car at the back of the hotel since the city centre is closed to traffic. Our only regret is that we didn't stay for more days.

We have booked two rooms for 3 and 2 people. Unfortunately, they were on different floors because they do not have different types of rooms on the same floor. But we got a more spacious room in return, so that wasn't such a minus.

Room was spacious modern and clean with good heating and with view of the main street below. Had lift so accommodates elderly and infirm. Location excellent. Breakfast was good and they accommodated our need for an early breakfast. Easy to access attractions (the waterfall, restaurants, old buildings, transport to the castles, etc)

Can't think of anything except unexpected city tax!

Excellent location and a friendly, well maintained hotel. Helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. The location is fabulous and the staff terrific, Lawrence and Linda. The room had been renovated and the bathroom was sparkling brand new.

The breakfast service was only for early starters. Nothing had been replenished by 9 am. However, the friendly breakfast man cooked us fresh eggs. No tea making facility or fridge in the room, although we were given an electric kettle when we asked as well as tea bags etc. The parking area was hard to find and Google Maps was lost.

We stayed in a spacious room and it had a nice bathroom. The bathroom had two drawers so we both could unpack our stuff. The room was large enough to spread out our multiple bags and there is an elevator to help us get them to the room. The breakfast was a typical German buffet, nothing great but certainly nothing bad either. The hotel is in the Aldstadt and the views from the room were very cool. Obviously it is convenient to shops and restaurants around there. It was fun if we were in the room in the afternoon that we could hear music outside. We could hear the kids go off to school each morning. It was funny to hear a ton of kids at once, like they were released from a room and then their talking and laughter slowly faded away.

One caution is getting there. When we followed Google maps, it took us to a road that gets closed during specific hours. We called the hotel and thankfully the gentleman spoke perfect English. He directed us to a different route but that was confusing and looked like we would be driving on closed roads. We parked and walked to the hotel to find the proper route and then we drove in. They have limited parking due to construction so we didn’t dare move our car during our stay.
