The location and the views of the hotel were amazing! Our room was connected with a terrace and had view on the natural swimming pool and the village. The bathroom was very spacious and had a really nice walk-in shower. Our hotel roomcards were also valid as a Köningskarte. The Köningskarte will give you free entrance or discount to a lot of activities like the mountain skilift. We will definitely come back again!

There is no airconditioning. The pilows needed more filling. Maybe an extra pillow would be nice.

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable, from the hospitality to the staff to the answers to our questions - We even received assistance with translation when needed. KonigsCard is a valuable addition. Although the food was varied, it could have been a little more diverse, the rooms were neat and clean, and our requests were met in full. For three people, the room is a bit small. The only comment we have is about the cleanliness of the pool - it's nice and refreshing to find a "natural" pool, but the slippery bottom and dirt in the water are less suitable for a hotel pool.

The view from our balcony was stunning. We had evening cocktails and morning coffee on our balcony, enjoying the views. Breakfast and dinner were enjoyable. We arrived on our bicycles and the location was right on the bike path. The hotel had a very secure room to store and charge our bikes. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We were in a family suite and it was very functional for our family. The staff, meals and pool were exceptional.

Super clean. Great view out nice balcony. The staff understood our unanticipated late arrival and the need for additional Covid test for my daughter and was able to help us arrange that test. Very helpful!

First room we booked had no view as it was under a roof, so we paid for an upgrade. Second room was very nice, big bathroom, nice sized and modern bedroom with a lovely view. Beds were hard (Ok for me, but probably too hard for some). Outdoor pool was very nice. Breakfast was OK, everybody was very friendly.

Beware that some rooms don't really have much view - the hotel has obviously been added to a lot, so read the room descriptions when booking. The food was rather disappointing. Breakfast was OK, evening meal quality and quantity was not great, we had expected much better. We did not book half-board (thankfully!) although maybe those meals were better than a la carte. Also, the staff in the restaurant were very friendly but not at all attentive (apart from one guy who was very good). So service was a bit slow, and things ran out at breakfast (milk, eggs, müsli, tea water) and nobody realised. We found that a bit annoying.
