Lovely breakfast. Beautiful spa area with tea on tap. Comfortable bed. All spotlessly clean. Friendly staff.

Keep the breakfast buffet "stocked" (juice, milk etc.) You cannot really sit up in bed - there is no headboard. The "wall" to the shower is transparent from the bedroom (rather voyeuristic - though I guess it is to let light in). The cupboards for clothes etc. are in the bathroom. All in all, the room / en suite design is "classy" but not optimal for a really comfortable stay... No fridge in room.

The staff members were all lovely and a couple of them were exceptionally helpful, going out of their way to help us when travel and meal plans came unstuck. The food is tasty and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The sauna and rest area is an added bonus.

Great staff, facilities, and a superb restaurant. Comfortable, though plain, rooms with very modern bathrooms - great shower! Definitely recommended (if the "didn't like" does not bother you).

Separate hot/cold water faucet handles - sink only - are a step backwards and waste water. Not everyone will appreciate the glass wall separating the shower from the room. Full disclosure - it did not bother me at all and I do not know if all rooms are outfitted the same.

The room was beautiful and nicely arranged like the whole hotel. The breakfast buffet was good as expected in that kid of exptablishemtnl. Free parking at the property. Nice and quiet surroundings. The staff was very nice and helpful. We loved the beautiful bathroom. Playroom for kids with all kinds of games, nice terrace.

The mattress were two single ones instead of a kind sze, and they were mattresses with springs, which is a bit disappointing for this kind of establishment, as the rest is of much higher quality. The guy in the kitchen was listening to techno music a bit loud after breakfast, which could be heard in the hallway. That didn't really fit with the place.

The room looked very good, modern, great shower. Very clean. Wonderful view. Nice breakfast, very kind staff. Good free parking.

The pillows are very thin and not comfortable. The dimmable light makes annoying noises. The toilet is too close to the towel heater.. the towels sometimes touch the toilet. Somewhat noisy when you open the windows (you have to, unless it's winter) in the morning.

I have nothing to complain about. It was a pleasant stay. Staff was helpful. We will definitely come back again.

Clean, tidy with friendly helpful staff. Great location for walking to a lot of what the firm had to offer.

Nice location to explore the region or to visit the Neuschwanstein castle. The room was big and confortable, and the breakfast really good.

Perhaps too expensive for what you get (pillows not great, no coffee machine, ...). Not a big deal of course but there's maybe better price-quality ratio

Very nice and cosy hotel, extremely friendly staff. The food was amazing and high quality. Nice spacious room (single room), very clean.
