The apartment was large and comfortable with big balcony facing the lake with amazing views. Fully equipped kitchen with cleaning materials (dishwasher capsules and soap) and complementary filter coffee and tea, water bottles. Our children had a lot to do - from the big playground outside, the foosball table and the swimming pool and sauna we used every day (big bonus that it's open all day). We loved the free use in the coffee stand and the washing machine and dryer was helpful.

Nudity is acceptable in the spa public area - A very problematic experience for those who not accustom to this (especially children..) The breakfast was pricy (although tasty with many choices).

Location is excellent. The surrounding area is beautiful, the view from the balcony over the lake with the mountains in the background was perfect to wake up to every morning. Parking was ideal, we also had the option for a free bus service into fussen if needed. Easy drives/walks to all the activities the area has to offer. Paddle boarding on the lake was a family favourite. Great holiday.

The property was fine, maybe a little dated for the money but not something to dwell on given the perfect location. We were there at the height of summer and evenings were very warm so air con would have been a welcomed addition especially for the children’s bedroom inside without windows. Other than that it was fine.

Had a lovely stay here over Christmas. Great location (although definitely book lake view rooms!). As a family of 5, we booked 2 rooms to give us more space and we had a larger and smaller room next to each other, which was great. Good washing facilities and play room also useful. Loved the pool and sauna area and HUGE bonus was that it was always open, 24/7, which was brilliant! Parking garage underneath also very convenient. Comfortable beds and well kitted out otherwise. Enjoyed the views across the lake from the balcony. Adjoining restaurant also good and convenient. We virtually never return to the same place twice, but if we ever visited the area again, would probably stay here again.

Kitchens could do with a bit of updating, very old hobs and took ages to heat, so we ended up not cooking much. Breakfast was good, but expensive, so only had the buffet twice.

I liked the pool, playroom and free washer and dryer. Underground parking was convenient. All facilities were connected and it had an elevator! Beds were comfy and the room was a good size. The balcony was enormous! The restaurant was amazing.

The shower was poorly designed. The kids room was a little small. Couldn't find staff when needed.

Great location with beautiful scenery and easy biking/ hiking routes locally and into Fuessen. Very well thought out facilities at the hotel and very friendly staff. We loved the pool and sauna being open 24 hours a day and our family spent every evening (late!) using the pool and lovely facilities. We also really enjoyed having the underground parking lot, as we brought our bicycles and we're able to easily store them securely and under cover. We cooked in our apartment each night and it was great to have this facility. (We brought a slow cooker along which was useful). It was a lovely bonus to borrow some walking sticks to try on our hiking, too. We really enjoyed our week at Seespitz and would recommend it!

Nothing to complain about, honestly.

A good sized apartment and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful from the moment we arrived until we left. The kids had a great time in the pool and in the games room. The lake is a very short walk away and the views are stunning. A bonus is having the restaurant and beer garden on site. I made a mistake and booked a room with a mountain view I wish I had tried to a lake view but that was my own fault. The terrace we had was great for relaxing in the evening.

The size of the parking spaces in the garage. We couldn't use it as our neighbour had parked too far over and we couldn't get into our car.

The location is ideal and beautiful. Close to everything. The pool was a big plus because of the rain. Couldn’t ask for better by the lake!

The room was quite hot but we were above the pool which I think the heating made our apartment warm. Easily fixed by opening all the windows.

The location is to die for! The view from our balcony was amazing and Weißer see is just a short walk from the apartment. The check in and check out was seamless. We travelled from Düsseldorf in our EV and there was a charging wall box available at the parking which was super convenient.

The only downside I can think of is the fact that the smaller room got quite hot in the super warm weather and we had to leave the front door open for quite a while for airflow and to cool it down a bit. But this is an issue with the current unpredictable weather and not the apartment.

We loved the view, the light and the kindness of the staff and owners, who waited for us after a delay and late night arrival after a car accident. there was easy access to the lake, a lovely clean pool and other facilities, and it’s in a beautiful natural setting. We appreciated the kitchenette. we felt very welcome and people were nice all around. We were given a bus and train pass, which was great. There is a free Delonghi coffee machine downstairs and free apples.

This isn’t about the property - it’s just to be aware if you arrive late on Saturday night the supermarkets in the area are closed on Sundays.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the scenic view over the lake with the mountains in the background was breathtaking.

Something I dislike in every hotel: the beds are too short. My feet hang out at the end.
