Breakfast was outstanding. E-Bike rental was affordable, easy and great quality! Booked last minute! Located right near the center. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Hotel is modern and clean. I booked 5 minutes before arriving (other hotel double booked me, and I was alone with my dog, so….) and I couldn’t have been luckier!! Better location, value, quality, size, facilities (super nice gym and cute sauna)… I was very grateful and pleased. Best find ever :)

Have no negatives but if I was forced to find one, the elevator was kinda scary. Makes abrupt stop/noise but we survived 2 nights of use! Lol It’s totally fine but FYI, it’s small. While alone I used the gorgeous spiral staircase of course but with my large elderly dog, we need the lift.

+spacious and clean room, freshly renovated +friendly staff (it was very kind to let us check in a couple of hours earlier) +cozy electric fireplace and big TV +well-operating heating system in the bathroom/bedroom +large parking area +good restaurant food (dinner) +fridge/minibar +great mountain view from the room, big windows with a lot of sun coming through (shades are also available), terrace with garden furniture +convenient location close to Füssen city center +sauna (some music in the wellness area would be a nice addition though. Also, unfortunately, there is no dressing room to change clothes before/after sauna) +cozy winter/Christmas decorations/atmosphere in the hotel

-poor breakfast (no sausages/bacon/pastries/cookies, food runs out very fast and staff do not bring additional food unless you specifically ask for it) -no kettle in the room

This hotel is subtle mix between traditional and modern interior, located in a quiet and calm spot not very far from old town. There is cozy restaurant where is served nice breakfast and also early dinner. Town of Füssen is excellent base to explore around - many castles, including famous Neuschwanstein, lakes, panoramic cable car and hiking trails, there’s plenty to see and do. Staying in hotel Filser was great added value to all this. Hope to be back soon and try their sauna that time.

Almost nothing. Only two things - there’s no mini fridge/bar in the room and no lights on the balcony. But this were minor issues.

Everything. The location, the staff, the facilities, the cleanliness of the rooms. The food was brilliant. My attempts at German were clumsy but luckily the staff spoke English (shame on me!). A really beautiful hotel. It is a 5 min walk from the town centre so a bit quieter.

There were no coffee making facilities in the room so I couldn't have a degrumpifying coffee before I left the room in the mornings but the facilities in the rest of the hotel and room were fab

Quiet and comfortable place with pleasant staff. The room was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of an armchair both in the room and on the balcony. Delicious breakfasts along with which a brochure with a weather forecast and a brief description of events for the next three days was provided.

The shower is a bit small Sometimes the Wi-Fi signal was very weak

This hotel is located 5-10 mins walk from the center of Fussen (depending on how fast you walk). Simply walk out of town along Augsburger Strasse and turn right onto Sauling Strasse and you're there. The breakfast was as good as any continental style breakfast with a good selection of breads, meats, cheeses, fruits and cereal etc. I'm a solo traveler so I booked a single room. The room was a little small but it had a beautiful balcony and had everything required for a comfortable stay. I spent no time in the room other than sleeping & showering so it was absolutely perfect for my needs.

I wanted to find a room last minute as I was driving to Füssen on a spur of the moment trip. I am so happy I found this place. The price was just right. The location was perfect for a visit to the fairytale castles. The view from my balcony was amazing! The room was tiny, as I expected, but just the right size for one person and still had everything I needed. The staff were very helpful and answered all my questions about how to get to the castles, where to park, how far to walk, etc. Overall, a perfect stay.

I loved the hotel, staff was very kind. Excellent breakfast, variety of teas, breads, choice of eggs. Location is neat, very calm, easy 10 min walk to the town (if it is not raining in winter). Apartment was great, very clean and spacy

Apartment that we rented should have had a small mini bar. Although the location is great, during winter can be rainy and I think is necessary to have a rented car, not only to reach the hotel, but drive around Fussen

The breakfast was amaxing. The restaurant was very cozy making it feel like home. The variety of food wa amazing catering healthy options that feel food was home made. Amazing breakfast! Amazing restaurant!

The furniture of the rooms is a bit old fashioned.

Breakfast was really delicious and there was a wide choice. I also had dinner one night and that was wonderful. The room was clean and comfy and the view from the balcony was sensational. The location is a little out of town but only a short and pleasant walk.
