The hotel is located perfectly on the shore of the lake. We has a view towards the hills, but it was still very quiet and pleasant so we could really take a break and recharge. The spa is great, and it was not too full, it's a good size for the hotel capacity in my opinion. The area around was magnificent, and the size of the room was also perfect, as we had a bedroom and a living room, so we could feel at ease. The size of the balcony was also great. There was also everything possible for cooking and making coffee, which was a good touch.

The breakfast was really good, but a tad overpriced to be honest, for the relatively basic menu. The beds could use a mattress refresh too, but nothing majorly bad I'd say, they were okay.

The view was amazing. There should be more photos to show the beautiful scenery from the rooms! It was a tranquil gaze for us all 🫶 The owner / staff was super nice with a smiling face at all times. Facilities for the bike riders are very well thought, including a ebike charging station The location is great. We enjoyed it a lot. Hope to come back soon!

The bed was a bit soft for us because we like it really hard. But this is a very personal taste, so it’s not a negative comment.

The location can not be better. The apartment had an excellent view of the lake and the mountains, a huge balcony, 2 rooms with plenty of space, full kitchen with everything you need. The spa section was extremely nice and clean. The resting room view is as beautiful as it can be. I recommend it to everyone. There are also great restaurants and cafes around within few minutes walk distance. You can walk around the lake or just hike to the castle ruins at the hill behind the hotel. With 15-20 mins walk, you will have the best panorama view of the region.

They din't change the towels during our stay. I would prefer them to change them at least once in every 2-3 days.

Our apartment was absolutely amazing - the photos of the top apartment do not do it justice. It is really spacious, especially the open plan kitchen/living area, and the view from the balcony is exceptional. Staff really friendly and accommodating when sorting out last minute late arrival and check in.

The two bedrooms are quite unequal if you’re travelling as two couples which is a shame.

Fantastic breakfast, great location, clean, modern bathroom, kind personnel and a really nice wellness facilitation make your stay one to remember and one where you can stay for a relaxing longer period.

Room itself lacked a bit of coziness. The walls and colors look great but some of the furniture is up for replacement refurbishment like the couch and the bed. The kitchenette setup makes it less cozy. Relative small bathroom. (apartment looking garden view).

Great location, amazing breakfast, very clean bathroom . The views are breathtaking. The spa area is small but enough.

The sleeping couch makes a lot of noise. We would have loved the jacuzzi to be open.

all staff were friendly and super nice, parking place, the quality of the breakfast was immaculate, location and the lake view from the room. Sauna was very nice.

maybe a bit more cleaner in the room, fresh bedding. the Jacuzzi was out of order (we don’t know if it’s because it’s winter time)

i was in the ground floor and i could hear people in the outside. when i open the window if someone is smoking outside i could smell it inside the room.

Beautiful location with a beautiful view of the lake. Just steps from the front door to the walkway around the lake. So fun to walk down the walkway with the beautiful lake and the fun restaurants and shops along the way. Great place to stay! Loved our food though we thought it was included and left without paying😬😅 it was delicious food and great service! Definitely would stay here again! Great time!
