We stayed in the top floor appartment (room 9). The balcony is a proper sun trap in the morning. Not the best view available for the lake but it's a very nice view none the less. The apartment had what we needed, although it could do with an iron and ironing board. Nice modern smart TV. Wifi was ok. The sofa is lovely, very comfy for a nap. Modern and well furnished. The bed is super comfy and there is a fan for those warmer evenings. The window shutters in the bedroom are just awesome! Clean and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast here (a bakery is 3 mins walk) but we did have dinner one evening and the food was good, reasonably priced too. It seemed to be one of the busiest restuarants along the strip. Certainly very popular anyway. Plenty of choices locally otherwise. Staff were nice. Location is great, 20 metres from the lake. 5 mins drive from supermarkets (Edeka and Lidl), 10 mins from Fussen (€18 in a taxi) or 15 mins drive to Schloss Neuschwanstein. Parking garage available but off road parking is plentiful (ticketed €1.50 hr 9am-6pm).

1st world problems but an iron would have been handy. Asked reception and not one available. Parking in the garage is tight, limited spaces too but as above, plenty of parking out front. Otherwise, nothing else not to like.

Set beside a beautiful lake with amazing views but very handy for Fussen and Castle Neuschwanstein. A lovely big room with a spacious bathroom, very well finished, very comfortable bed. We had a small balcony with a view of the lake. The staff were amazing, especially Julian, Maria and Denise, so welcoming and friendly. The restaurant downstairs was 11/10 and we ate there both nights. Breakfast was also excellent and big shout out to Sandra who went above and beyond. There was paid parking outside the property which was 1.50 per hour or there was a small secure car park.

Nothing we didn’t like but a couple of glasses in the room would be handy (these were kindly given to us when we asked) there was a kettle and fridge but a wee welcome pack would have been a nice touch.

Beautiful accommodation by a picturesque lake. The room was clean and comfortable. We were lucky to find a park outside on the road and avoided catpark fee. Check.in is through the restaurant. The restaurant is very busy and the food is fantastic. Great.service and accommodate gluten free. Breakfast buffet was great good selection. We wish we could have stayed longer, was only 1 night to see castles which was few minutes drive away. I would return lovely peaceful quiet area.

We were on 1st floor there is no elevator we had to carry luggages up stairs and down a narrow footpath alongside the restaurant while people eating.

The property is located directly above their own Italian restaurant. This made eating there if you chose to very convenient. The food was quite good so we ate there several times. Amy, in the restaurant in the mornings was a delightful person. The facilities were always clean room service was excellent and we enjoyed the patio immensely. I would highly recommend this property.

The only things that I could say, negative at all or parking is somewhat tight and there are several stairs to climb. Neither of these were a great problem.

Spacious and clean apartments equipped with all the essentials: a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, a large TV, and a roomy wardrobe. Additionally, an excellent location on the lakefront and close to Neuschwanstein Castle.

Paid private parking, which is a bit tight, but still better than leaving the car on the street far from the hotel.

Superb view over lake. Staff helpful. Parking in garage was good (seven euros I think). We had our evening meal in the hotel - food was very good. We didn’t sample breakfast. There was a kettle in our room but no tea bags/coffee/milk etc

The appartment was nice, comfortable and clean. It had a terrace with an incredible view to the lake and the mountains. The covered parking place is at the same place which was pretty comfortable.

The only thing we lacked was a curtain in the bathroom in order to prevent getting the water on the floor.

Great location in front of the lake, really good restaurant with nice seating area, with large open window and sunset; very good breakfast; very spacious and clean rooms, also own private Sun room/balcony area in apartment 5… overall really nice stay.

Wonderful location, lovely large rooms, great value for money, excellent restaurant meals and very friendly staff! Highly recommended. (Ask to get a full lake view if possible)

Wasn't made clear parking was paid on arrival, but it was actually in my confirmation email so our fault for not checking.

Awesome see view and location. The room which we stayed is on see view and with a very big balcony. The hotel is 8 kms closer to Neuschwanstein castle.

1. Little more care to be taken on cleaning the floor as we could notice dust falling allover. 2. For us, hotel incharge can make sure refilling the toiletteries eg. Toilet paper and handwash, both were over in a day of stay. 3. Car Parking is 5.90 EUR/day, not mentioned in property details but its charged additional. As like Spa tax and Pet charges it should be mentioned in property details and collected.
