Spacious rooms with confortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helped me prontly with a problem i had in my room. They also have an internal parking lot and are well located.

They dont have breakfast and elevator. The first room have a window right in front of the door to the hotel but you can keep it closed, so it isnt that much of a problem.

Perfect location for visiting castles in vicinity. Located basically near the center under the castle the older style of rooms is quite nice. The bathroom is modern with great shower and very clean. There is no reception, so with check-in machine make sure you try combinations of your Name Surname, Surname, Name. The advanced search does not have booking.com booking number, so just use the simple search to check in. Would be easier with keyboard than touch screen, but it was a great experience. There is no breakfast, but you do have a special room where you can eat and enjoy your mornings.

Room was cold when we arrived in the evening. They turn off the heating at midnight and turn it back on at around 7.00, so the room did not have time to warm up in evening (bathroom was warm after like 2 hours) and I woke up before it was heated, so it was really cold. Luckily the bed covers are very warm, but radiators were also closed on our arrival so room was very cold. As it is an old building I would expect that owner would not allow it to cool and keep also the bathroom very warm for comfort.

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There were quite nicely parking spaces and it felt safe to leave a car there. Enjoyed the stay.

Close to town by walking. Close to castle by car. We stayed 1 night. Room was large. For 2 people I’m not sure if it was a mistake but they gave us an apartment style with 3 extra bunk beds. At first when walking in thought it was a hostel but it was all ours. So it was a pleasant surprise. Hot water. Nice view of the garden by balcony. Easy contactless check in however staff is availiable if needed.

No iron in room but I’m sure we could have just asked for it. Only shampoo provided but so is most hotels now. Would have liked lotion but it was otherwise amazing stay

The room was large, warm and clean. It would be fair to describe the hotel as luxurious. The location is between the station and the old town /high fortress and hence right in the middle of everything - attractions, restaurants etc. However, it also has a wonderful large garden and a feeling of quietness and peace. We were surprised at such a wonderful location at a reasonable price. This hotel has no restaurant and does not serve breakfast. This is made clear in the hotel description. So you need to self-cater or eat out. There is a kettle supplied but nothing else - there is no kitchen - these are large hotel rooms not self-catering apartments. If you are prepared for this (as we were), you will find the accommodation adorable. Check-in is possible at any reasonable time as there is an automated check-in terminal at the entrance but between 3 and 6 pm there are also staff around to help if needed and are on-call if there are any issues.

The building was amazing, beautiful views of the castle from the balcony. The 3 kids loved the triple bunk bed, the location was amazing. The room was so clean, self check in was easy, but I didn't realise you needed everyone's passport that would be staying, but it all worked out. We absolutely loved it.

We couldn't get a parking spot when we returned from dinner and had to walk a long distance back to the hotel.

We liked the decor of the room. It offered a boutique experience. It felt like we were in a secret garden! The terrace and the grounds added charm to the overall vibe of the hotel.

A sofa could have easily fit in the large room, especially since we rented it for five people.

We were given a really nice room that had an outdoor seating area. I don't think it was what we booked because it slept 3. The bathroom had been redone with some beautiful tile and we very happy to find that the wardrobe included some extra blankets and a kettle. There is no reception area but the staff were quick to communicate by messaging. They held our luggage for us after check-out time. The location was perfect for us and I only wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night. The hotel is a great value.

The location is great. I like the automated check-in service , hassle free. We were worried for the late check-in and called the hotel they have replied very kindly.
