We loved the breakfast buffet, the friendly service and the central location of the property. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean, with a renovated bathroom and view into the courtyard. Wireless connection was sketchy but this was easily overcome with hotspot connection. The property is directly connected to a great restaurant with excellent food options.

Improvements could be made to the room, i.e water kettle for tea and coffee as the coffee machine and tea facilities are no longer accessible after breakfast. There could be a safe, as international travellers have valuables like passports.

Location adjacent to the railway line was perfect and lost to all facilities, supermarkets and town centre. My business took me to the Bayerische Musikakademie which was a pleasant 10 minute walk. The breakfast buffet was excellent, many flies were a problem though but that was evident in the entire town nit just this hotel. While maybe not environmentally sound, perhaps a blue light fly trap would be useful. The room was clean and efficient. The owner loaned me a plug adaptor for the duration of my stay which was very kind.

My only disappointment was the bed pillow which was soft and felt like it had separated into about 20 pieces

Everything is really clear and the hygiene is at a very high level. The furnitures and the facilities are very old but they are very well maintained and I liked the place.

I don’t have anything to say. I personally liked the place. Maybe I missed just the refrigerator in the room because I like my water cold.

Unfortunately we had made a wrong booking and had only given a one, there was no further problem in this regard and we were not charged. Thank you. The rooms are super clean and big. The breakfast was outstanding with an extensive variety of options. There were cakes, buns, egg dishes, and a plethora of other delectable items. A wide range of coffees and teas were available to select from. The ambiance created a pleasant atmosphere for sitting and enjoying breakfast.

It is difficult to get in touch with the reception, especially in the evening when it is practically inaccessible. Maybe it's due to the lack of staff like in many hotels.

It was the perfect spot for an overnight stop. No frills by certainly meeting up or even exceeding expectations. Big room, complementary water in the room, WiFi,v big room, good bed and excellent cotton linen which make the difference.

I don't like carpet on the floor however i understand the function in a hotel

Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Great location, opposite railway station, and plenty of restaurants close by. Upgraded to a larger room, which was great. Nice breakfast. Clean and tidy room.

Good short stopover professional businesslike accomodation

A little far from the sights we had to drive and park up probably only an issue as there were six of us in a large van every stop was intended as a day-trip ! It still worked as onle 5 -10 min drive to town

It had everything we needed and was right next to the train station (countryside train station) the restaurant was fantastic, and the staff were very helpful

Free parking in a garage for our motorcycles, free good coffee, staff very friendly and spoke excellent English, breakfast was one of the best we had, rooms were spotless, beer vending machine

Easy check in and check out. Free parking. Lots of variety at breakfast - hot dishes, bread, pastries, juice, cereal, yoghurt. Coffee machine in foyer as well which was a nice touch. Room was clean and comfortable. Lift access with only a few stairs. Fussen and Neuschwanstein Castle only about a 20min drive away. Would definitely stay again.
