Perfect location, close to the Old Town, railway station, restaurants and shops/supermarkets. Reception is closed in the evenings but there's no problem to check in and contact the hotel stuff with any need. Hotel stuff is friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.

Reception opening hours. Very old furniture in the kitchenette of the apartament. The stairs are steep and dangerous. It's good that there's also an elevator.

They should provide bottles of water every day instead of only the first day

good for pvernight stay. Would have been nice if they had had a bar or a Gaststube. Value for money ... I think prices in Germany have gone up quite a bit recently.

The room was more than adequate for us. It was clean and inviting. The bed was nice and firm. The breakfast was simply too good to want to leave before we had to, and the staff were helpful, cheerful and available. We would definitely book into Hotel Papillion if/when we next come to Kempen. May thanks for the help and the rooms (and the breakfast).

Can't think of anything really. A fridge in the bedroom would have been much appreciated, but that didn't make our stay any the worse.

Very big and clean room. It is next to the train station. Communication was also great. There is a free hotel parking.

Air-conditioning needed, it was really hot in the room, although they did have fans

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The lady at the reception desk was amazing and spoke English with me as a non German speaker. So definitely a plus. The rooms are cute and clean. I definitely recommend!
