Fantastic location on a secluded square, very authentic. Great food in restaurant, good breakfast. We had family room which had lots of space, enough beds, clean, quiet and very comfortable

Our reception at arrival was a bit of disappointment. We had to ring various times after which I went in to the bar to ask if somebody could come to reception to check us in. The gentleman who checked us in eventually had perfected the art of how not to make your guests feel welcome. I almost felt I had to apologise for interrupting whatever he had been doing. Apart from this, we enjoyed our stay enormously

Location and surroundings, friendly staff, clean and cosy rooms, it was quiet and peaceful, great and tasty breakfast, good WiFi.

Pillows were a bit thin, but that’s a matter of choice (would be great to have additional pillows in the room).

Lovely hotel outside of Dresden and Meissen. Good parking, pet friendly- dog was allowed inbthe restaurant outside breakfast hours. The room is basic, but very clean and cosy. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of products, everything very tasty. The restaurants serves local food, sort of home cooking, everything was delicious. Great overall experience, even though we did not have time to use any of the wellness facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff!

The hotel is great. Located in mid of the village. Everything was as described. Breakfast was nice, food fresh, rooms and the rest very clean. Wonderful place to relax, swim in pond with koifish and get a good night sleep close to nature. Missen and Dresden are closer than it seems on map. Free parking.

There is no food or restaurant within walking distance. No fridge in the room either to bring something with you. The restaurant at the hotel is open for dinner, but dispite the wonderful setting in the garden, the food is not worth the money. Too expensive for improvised menu and over cooked meals. Keep that in mind if you are planning to stay more than one night.

The place is a very well-restored building. The rooms are spacious, well heated, but do not have a balcony. The breakfast was excellent and rich.

The quality of the internet can be improved in the rooms, the parsonal in the restaurant can also be better. Rooms are not cleaned regularly, but must be stated explicitly. These are small details that do not spoil the overall good impression.

Lovely grounds, great to be able to eat outside and to wander around the gardens and the pool. Within easy travel distance of the stunning Moritzburg Castle which is definitely worth a visit.

Rooms were a bit dated and could have done with a bit more light but otherwise nothing to gripe about.

The surounding of the hotel are amazing. A lot of green spaces, nice natural swimming pool. The breakfast is complete with something for everybody. Very clean property.

The rooms were clean and nice but were very hot with no AC. Make sure you request a fan.

We liked the hotel, it's clean and beautiful. The breakfast is hearty, lots of choice. Lots of parking space, horses nearby, ponds, a garden with a restaurant, the food is very tasty.

The walls are a little thin, but everything is fine.

It was our stop on the way to Italy. We arrived late at night. Nonetheless, the restaurant was still open and we got a chance to have our dinner (and beer!). The first impression was that the rooms look outdated, but they are not. You simply have to realize that this hotel used to be a farm 300-400 hundred years ago :) They still have horses on the other side of the building. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean. Generally speaking, it was a great stop-over!!! Would definitely stop there again!

Nice location if you are looking for a quiet place away from busy town center. I also liked that they had bikes available for rent.
