Great hotel in the city centre. Very convenient on-line check-in. Good breakfasts. Underground car parks. Possibly all a bit expensive. Room was comfortable. Great bed. The bells did not disturb)) it is even interesting. We definitely recommend it!

We had a premium room. It comes with bathrobes and slippers. They weren't in the room. When I asked for them to be brought, they told me there were no more bathrobes. This is strange to me. The slippers came quickly) There are no kits in the bathroom. Just hand soap shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion. It's not a disadvantage of the room. Just good to bring with you)

The hotel is brilliantly located in the heart of Dresden and the staff were very cheerful and competent, both at check-in and out and at breakfast. We stayed for two days and the arrangement in which cleaning on the second day was exchanged for a drink at the bar seemed to me to be a very good idea and allowed us to sleep in a little longer without being disturbed. The breakfast was also very good and the coffee, in particular was brilliant.

Two very minor things in an otherwise very good hotel - I am not young anymore and I found the shower in the bath a bit slippery under foot - younger folk will not have the same worry but it is worth noting for we older people and second the eating area for the breakfast is large and spacious but the actual area in which the food is to be found is somewhat confined and one or two guests became a bit fractious if the queue was moving the wrong way, so far as they were concerned, or there were people in their way of the next course. Really, this observation relates to the guests rather than the design - a little more patience on their part would have been good - there was more than plenty of everything and no-one missed out on anything!

Reception personnel is very positive and supportive. When there was a delay with the room, the young women (if I am not mistaken, Erika) was very sad and trying to get as much info as possible from the cleaning personnel, but the latter were not helpful. One of the guys at the reception even shared his personal phone number so that i could ask him to order a taxi. Bar personnel are very positive and supportive too.

the room was given to us with a delay. and most important was that the cleaning personnel was saying that they do not know when the room will be ready. bed linen in one of the room was not ironed.

The breakfast was great, the staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is well located and it is easy to visit some tourists spots just by walking. We also went to the bar, was great too.

The hotel in general is wonderful, but when we entered the room we realized there was a dirty cup of coffee, with chewing gum on it. I immediately went down to reception and asked for it to be changed, showing the photos to the manager. (I don´t take it with me to the reception, only showed the pictures), he told me that it will be changed. Nothing was made, three nights there and no one brings another cup.

We chose NH Collection Dresden Altmarkt due to its location. We were delighted to be so close to a wide choice of restaurants and the Altmarkt sites! The hotel was comfortable and clean. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet and felt that it was well worth the extra charge. Parking underneath the hotel was very convenient.

Despite staff who seemed efficient at their jobs, check- out took an unusually long time. Perhaps you should allow guests the option for self-check out? Unfortunately, the hotel has a problem with the dark wood laminate flooring used in many areas. There are many many deep scratches which distract from the overall aesthetic. Clearly the quality of the flooring was not up to the usage requirements. Hopefully, the hotel will be able to replace this inferior flooring in the near future.

Easily reached on foot from the main railway station on an almost entirely pedestrianized route. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was modernly furnished and clean, as was the bathroom, and both were equipped with everything we needed. The location is ideal for a city break, located on one edge of the old city center. Two tram stops within minutes offer different lines, so it was easy to get to more distant attractions. The hotel bar was modern and comfortable, and service quick.

The air conditioning was really weak; even with the temperature dial set to a minimum and the fan on full (which is not quiet) the room was not especially cool, so I didn't sleep as well as I would have liked. It wasn't just the room; the air in the bar was also, despite air conditioning being on, not particularly cool and also a bit sticky.

Large modern hotel in the perfect location overlooking the Altmarkt, Kreuzkirche, and two blocks to the Zwinger and Residenz Palace. Great tram lines within 1-2 blks of hotel to get to train station or across bridge to Neustadt. We were there during the Dresden Spring Market and our room overlooked the festivities in the Altmarkt. It was a great spot for a beer and sausage on a roll for lunch. (We actually did that all 3 days we were there!) Good room, very comfy beds, large bathroom with a good shower, many outlets for charging devices, and coffee/tea maker in room. We were able to check in early around noon. We elected not to have our room cleaned daily and for that we got a daily drink coupon that we used in their bar on the 1st floor. Although breakfast wasn't included in price, there was a bakery right outside the hotel for daily coffee and pastry.

The hotel is located about halfway between the main train station, and the old part of the city by the Elbe river. The view directly in front of the window seat looked out onto a large, beautiful church. The bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful and accommodating, with prompt service. The room had several amenities that were free of charge. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, with an extensive selection, and a very attentive staff!

The shower head wouldn't stay in place, which made it very difficult to use. Other than that, the bathroom was very nice.

Several eating options in the area and right in the city center, a few steps from the main sightseeing spots. - Comfortable bed, with 2 pillows of different thicknesses, which is highly appreciated. - Friendly staff at the front desk. - Possibility to check-in earlier if a room's available. - Free luggage storage before and after check-in / check-out.

- No response when reaching out to the hotel with questions via Booking.com. No answers received. - Staff did not ask for bed preference, giving us (a couple) two separate beds. - Amenities need to be requested either at the front desk or via an app. Not very convenient if you need sth right away (Q-tips, for example). - The hotel's located right in front of a church, so windows cannot be left open as it'd be extremely noisy (from 7am-10pm).

The hotel is nicely located close to the main station, trams and the historical areas and restaurants. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are clean. The bed was comfy. The room has wooden floor, has a safe and enough hangers for a couple. The breakfast was is pretty standard but has the nice option of e.g. ordering a fresh omelet. Also, it has nice small gym.

BBC world news is great to have but the remaining channels were all German. It would be nice to have the option of using your private devices to watch what you like.
