the room was big enough, clean, comfortable, the curtains were absolutely perfect because even in the morning the room was completely dark :) there is tea, coffee and milk in the room the position is top, 8 minutes of walking to Frauenkirche, 10 minutes to the river bank, it is literally next to shopping centre for parking it is good to use Ferdinandplatz (2 minutes of walking), for 2 nights we paid 24 € and we could leave and come back as we wished. When parking look for sign P3, the previous parking places are much more expensive.

The location was near the Old Town. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of interesting places to eat nearby. We will stay here again if we make another trip to Fresden.

No fridge in the room. We stayed for 3 nights and the toom was only serviced when we requested We arrived by bus and lugged our luggage for about 10 .minuted then took a cab. After circling the block we were told that the taxi could not take us to the hotel. Later realised that the hotel is an easy 5-6 minute walk from the station. I suggest a msp with arrows showing where to park if coming by car and how to get there from the station would be a great help.

The bedroom and bathroom are big enough, the bed is very comfortable, the "desk", coffee making facilities, selection of cushions. Cinemas and shopping area are just one step away, nice shops and restaurants around the corner. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful, the possibility of staying in the room until 4 p.m. the next day for an extra charge

The view is not nice, but what can you expect when you are downtown in the very center? The bathroom is cold and I did not see any heating there, the A/c in the bedroom does not explain itself, the "wardrobe" is tiny as in all Premier Inns, it is only suitable for a couple of days. The reception is on the fifth floor, but that is no big deal

The staff were insanely friendly and polite. They were funny and seem to genuinely like what they do which makes them nice to be in contact with as the customer. The location is very nice also since it is right in the downtown area. The free wifi is quite fast and I didn't feel the need to use the paid wifi in order to get a good connection.

My understanding from the description of the room was that it was 2 rooms but it was one room with multiple beds. This was important to me since I was travelling with family and wanted a separate space for my wife and I. It wasn't a massive issue since it was for one night only but the description was not what I would consider to be matching. Parking close to the hotel was an issue also but manageable.

Good location nearby the main station. Safe area, good breakfast with several options, and friendly & helpful staff.

The area is no accessible by cars/taxis. Need to walk 1-2 mins which is not a big deal for almost anyone, I can also manage with large luggage, but was a bit of problem for my uncle who has a knee issue. Also smth not related to the hotel at all, this city has no Uber, so need to rely on the staff to book taxi, which are more than helpful into doing that. The place where taxis arrive is Night Fly Shisha Bar.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the modern center and within a short walking distance to tram and metro stations to go to historical center. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and Wi-Fi worked smoothly. There is also a late-night supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

There is no daily room inspection or cleaning, limited service is provided depending on the length of your stay, but when you check in to the hotel they ask which days you would like your limited service. There’s very limited space to open or store your luggage. We had to keep our suitcases on the armchair. In the room there is no mini fridge, which would have been very useful, and the TV channels were quite limited.

It was a nice 8 mins walk to the opera house, art museum and palace- being close to many restaurants and an Aldi also came in handy- it’s also located in/ by a nice huge outdoor mall- it was quite as well. Felt secure with needing to scan your room key before you could access the floor you were staying on. The shower was amazing- loved the rain nozzle-

We almost got stuck in the elevator- it wouldn’t open for our floor once it arrived- but was quickly solved by just going up to the 5th floor- (reception) then back to the floor we were staying on - but it also had instructions on what to do if you got stuck-

Great air con! Very friendly staff. Iron & board from reception. The Hair dryer is NOT attached to the room vanity plug in like in the UK, so can bring it into the bathroom. Quite a lively/active bar! €5.90 pints but 30% off bw 5-7pm. Plenty of lobby seating with tables, which leads into the bar seating area, which leads into the breakfast room & accessible to the balcony that surrounds all 3 sections (5th floor). Also, ground floor has a sectional sofa with table & chairs: would be a quiet place to crash before check in. VERY close to main train/bus station & also the old town(better than new town!)

Our stay at Premier Inn Dresden City Prager Straße was truly delightful. The hotel is perfectly suitable for both couples and solo travelers, offering an excellent location with easy access to the city's main attractions. The staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and always helpful, addressing our needs with a solution-oriented approach. The hotel's bar was sufficiently stocked and provided a pleasant atmosphere to unwind. It's also great that certain adjustments could be made upon request. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options to start the day perfectly. Additionally, the heating system and hot water worked flawlessly, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Dresden.

However, the room we stayed in felt a bit small; still, considering the price-performance ratio, it was quite acceptable. The air conditioning unit occasionally made noise, which could be slightly disturbing, especially at night. Another minor inconvenience was the requirement to inform the staff a day in advance and by an early hour if we wanted the room to be cleaned — a bit more flexibility here would have been appreciated. Nevertheless, these small issues did not significantly affect our overall experience. If we visit Dresden again, we would still consider staying here.

Location/entrance a bit hidden in a sideroad from the pedestrian zone, that feels a bit insecure when arriving at night/after shops close. But great location at daytime close to shopping options and to the main sights. I was given the last room at the end of a long hallway. As a woman traveling alone that made me feel anxious. I would have had prefered a room at the beginning of the hallway.

I wasn't able to pay with card when I checked in. The machine wouldn't accept my main bank card (german debit card). So I wasn't allowed to check in even though offering to pay the first night cash. I had to leave the hotel again at 11 pm to find an ATM machine. The staff was super professional though, they had to follow their rules.
