The apartment was spacious and had lovely character. The beds were large, the rooms and closets were large. It was so close to everything we wanted to go to. We liked that there was an elevator to help with heavy bags and strollers when needed. We also like that the building had someone working on the first level. We had an issue with our toaster and they came quickly to test it and replaced it very quickly for us! They were also easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We stayed longer then a week so we got a clean included in our stay which was also so nice to have a reset on the apartment. And we loved the two bathrooms since we were travelling with in-laws.

Would be great to have instructions on how to use the washer/dryer and the cooktop. Not that this is something they could change, but there are a decent amount of steps to get to the main "lobby" before you reach the elevator. So someone who is not good with stairs may have issues with those steps.

Excellent apartment, in a fantastic location. All features in the XL apartment were high-end and quality and the space was roomy and airy.

We were there for a week and never had any service. No rubbish collected or clean towels supplied, and we were never asked if we wished any room keeping services. The ‘free’ mini bar amounted to 2 bottles of water, a cola and a beer, for 3 people for 1 week. Plus 4 coffee capsules for the same. The biggest negative about the property though is the lack of consistent internet access. This has been noted in many reviews and appears to be a known issue which is not being addressed.

Stayed here in February for the bobsleigh World Cup in Altenberg. A really easy 30/40 minutes from the airport: Train to Dresden Mitte, and tram 1, 2, or bus 68 to Postplatz. Room rates, rooms, and staff are all fantastic. Location also brilliant: Two minutes to old town, public transport, bars, restaurants, convenience store, pharmacy, and...The Hoff!.

Breakfast's a bit too pricey, but there is a wide selection. The bathroom/wet room does leak under the door so you need to lay a towel across, but really nothing to complain about; just a bit of a design 'Doh!' 😀

The location is great, right at the Zwinger. Our room was bigger than expected. We welcomed the free refreshments provided in the fridge at arrival. There was enough space for suitcases and clothes. The whole layout of the suite was excellent. Great design.

There was no AC which was a bit challenging with high temperatures outside but we left the french balcony door open at night. There was no direct light above the kitchen which made cooking a bit challenging as well. The unmanned reception made check-in difficult since self check-in did not work. In case of a fire alarm, which happened in the evening, there was no one to speak to.

Fantastic location overlooking the Zwinger. Very comfortable suite, spacious and well equipped.

Slightly complicated to find as address described as 1-5 Kleine Brudergasse which indeed it was but we approached from 1 end, entered at 3 but took some time to realise you need to come in at 5. Reception desk described as manned between 12 and 8 pm which could be awkward if you have a problem outwith these times. We had a problem with our key after breakfast and we’re just lucky that someone was at reception otherwise we might have had to wait until 12 to access our room.

The room was just big enough and had all we needed in the kitchen. Good room design from bed to kitchen even though it's one room. Location was beyond perfect to get around. Grocery store across the street.

It was a sweat box. The halls have no ventilation, so the entire building is a sauna. There is no air conditioning in the room, and we couldn't get adequate air flow from windows. We were there when it was an average of 20 degrees outside, and the interior read an average of 26 degrees.

The hotel is in the city center, excellent location. The apartments are clean and well equipped.

When the reception is open, it is possible to comfortably check in, but I don't know how it works when the reception is closed. On the morning of my departure, the reception was not yet open and I was supposed to do a self check-out, but the computer to do the same didn't accept my reservation number or last name, so I couldn't check out, that's not very pleasant. I left the key on the reception desk and went on the plane.

Great locations. Amenities in the room was excellent. They provided everything from plates to utensils, cutleries to coffee to free drinks. The bed configurations, the single bed away from the double bed was good to give privacy. Well thought

The lights are too dim. Cannot see clearly. Cannot find staff most of the time. My room key cannot open and went to counter and waited for over 15 mins, no one. Gave up. No one to help you with anything. Even breakfast cannot see anyone

The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms could be cleaner. My main concern and maybe personal opinion was the fact that the rooms cannot be locked, means anyone can access the room at anytime during the night theoretically. we felt insecure as we are a family travelled with small children. The rest was very nice

The Felix is truly located right next to the Zwinger, and is just a short walk from all of the main attractions of Dresden (the Frauenkirche, the promenade along the Elbe, the many museums and architectural wonders). Our room was L-shaped with the sleeping area near the windows and the kitchenette at the bottom of the L. We had sufficient kitchen equipment to make a few dinners, and a nice table with four chairs. Although the space was not large, there was room for all of our possessions and gifts for those at home (this was the end of a 3.5 week train trip to some of the major cities in Central Europe).
