We stayed in the loft which was spacious. Skylights helped filter light which helped a lot. Nice modern bathroom but quite small for 3 persons. If 2 people would be ok. Does the job. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and location was great. Close to all the places you need to visit. Cafes, shops and restaurants at your door. Staff at front desk great. So lovely and informative. Helped with parking directions as we missed last car spot so had to park nearby. All the staff lovely.

Pillows very thin and flat so not good for your neck but lucky we had a few extra so slept on two pillows. Our room being a loft had one bathroom upstairs so if elderly would have been difficult so just keep in mind.

I enjoyed enormously the generously dimensioned room (25 sqm) and its functional furniture, including a desk with a pleasant view. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally rich and versatile, for example concerning different kinds of bread and various components and "additives" for cereals. The hotel in located in the immediate neighbourhood of Frauenkirche, the center of Dresden's baroque Old City. Several tramway lines pass close by, connecting the hotel to the main station and other important local destinations.

The WiFi was not as stable as I had expected for a hotel of this category.

The parking garage at the hotel operates with a lift system that accommodates in each box, two cars on two levels. The space on either side of the vehicles is extremely tight, requiring a lot of maneuvering to align the car precisely as needed for the lift to function correctly. Any deviation can result in scrapes or damage to the vehicle. During our stay, the situation was even more tense when our car's theft alarm was triggered as the lift was activated. Navigating this setup is definitely not for the faint of heart, and it requires a great deal of patience and precision. Next time we will use the public underground parking in front of the hotel.

Hotel is very well placed for sightseeing. It is comfortable and clean. Limited but free mini bar included in price of room. Re-stocked daily.

We were a couple of hours early, the receptionist tried to charge an early check in fee. She did store our bags until we could check in without a fee. The hotel was not busy, her behaviours were that the room was ready but they wanted the money. Parking in the hotel car park is 30 Euro. There is a public car park opposite the police station approx. 100m away for 12 Euro. Good enough for a hire car. I though breakfast was expensive. there are a number of cafes nearby were we could both eat for less than the cost of one breakfast in the hotel. In summary, we used the very good hotel as a base only, I felt their interest in our money so we didn't spend it there.

The location is perfect. The room was very nice and comfortable. The room was extremely quiet and has nice views to the roof of the Arts academy and in the elevator area nice view of the top of the Frauenkirche. Large space, two large TVs and everything one needs to relax comfortably. The free minibar was also a plus. Breakfast was very well sorted and everything was very good in quality. Easy check in and chekout. Great staff!

The parking was full and we had to park far away in a public parking. Later at night it was free again, so it looks like temporary parking was possible. That's not good for hotel guests. Would be nice to be able to reserve a parking space to guarantee not having to walk long ways to the car. The stairs of the room made noise due to wood friction, waking up others when I used it early in the morning. The toilet door is made of glass which does not lock, and has a reasonably big gap between glass door and glass wall. This gives reduced privacy and does not isolate noise and smell. Modern look but not nice in practice.

The location of the hotel was great, and they have parking. Easy to ckeck in, and the lift is fast so no waiting around to get to your room. The sauna is really nice and the general atmosphere of the whole hotel is pleasant.

The pillows on the bed were very small, and only one pillow each per person. It made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Also the cleaning staff were very noisy. I could hear them at 9am shouting down the corridor and trying to enter the room. Not good for a relaxing morning.

The hotel is very pleasant. The room and furniture are modern and elegant. Two sliding doors serve both as walls to close off the bathroom and as walls for 2 wardrobes. This gives the room a very airy feel. Very pleasant. The hotel is located right in the center of town, in a magnificent setting. The choice for breakfast was enormous (almost exceptional) and everything was of very high quality.

The hotel has parking spaces that can't be reserved. As there was a Dresden town festival on that day, the parking lot was already full on my arrival.

Great breakfast with huge number of options open unlimited buffet. Spacey, comfort room, with all standard features. Very helpful staff even with the most strange and complex requests. Own parking, middle of the city location with old town starting right at the hotel and most city center attractions and services in close vicinity (up to 1km). Relatively good public transport connections (buses, trams, trains).

Some biggest rooms are not available for wheelchairs and baby strollers.

The hotel is in a quiet location very central in the old town. There are many nice bars and restaurants around, but the noise levels were fine. The room was spacious and bed comfy. The bathroom was a good size. Staff were friendly, would stay again.

The toilet, which was separate to the bathroom was like being in a cupboard and did not smell clean. The cot we were given for our baby was really old and needed to be replaced. The fridge in the room did not cool and despite mentioning it, it was not fixed over the course of our 5 day stay.

Room was large and comfortable. There was a good sized fridge. Lift service in the hotel was quick and efficient Breakfast had an extensive range to choose from. Central location made for easy access to old town landmarks.

Too little shelf space in the bathroom. The sliding glass doors cause partner disturbance at night when the lights are switched on.
