I am very happy that I chose this hotel. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The location is great, within walking distance of the main attractions, but quiet at night. The room is very clean and cozy. The bed and pillows are a special love. It is not often that hotels in this price range have such a good bed. This is very important to me. The Internet is good, no problems. We did not take breakfast. There is an electric kettle in the room, several bags of tea and coffee. There is a large shopping center with a large supermarket nearby. This hotel was a great addition to the magnificent sights of Dresden. The staff is very friendly. On the day of departure, we left our suitcases in the storage room until departure. I highly recommend it!!!

Very few places to put things. There was nowhere to hide the suitcase. But for a three-day trip, this did not spoil our impressions at all. Tea and coffee were not replenished after the first day.

A modern, super-central hotel, halfway between the central station and the heart of the historic centre. Everything is within walking distance in just a few minutes. The family room occupies the central portion of the building = family rooms do not have walls bordering other rooms and are therefore very quiet. Breakfast with a good choice, nothing extraordinary but honest, fresh and good products. + public parking 100 metres away and very cheap price (6 euros/day) + reception and bar open 24h + Friendly and helpful staff

- lack of hangers in the bathroom (only one) and the one at the entrance is not enough for jackets/coats for a whole family. - lack of space to store clothes - some things need better care: one of the light holders was open, the part above the air conditioner was full of a white powdery stuff

Very comfortable room, with plenty of lighting choices. Liked the seating options for two people. Great location - easy 15 min walk from the train station, close to main tourist attractions. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Helpful staff. Breakfast was quite good with many options. Despite it being a holiday weekend, we had no trouble finding a seat at Breakfast, as we went early. Appreciated having tea/coffee facilities in our room.

The hotel is located near the historical centre. All tourist places can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need. The mattresses are soft and quite comfortable. A big plus for me was the presence of an extra pillow of medium softness. The hotel staff is friendly and does their job well

Unfortunately the view from our room left a lot to be desired. The only thing that upset us was the lack of bottled drinking water in the room. Every time we ran out of tea/coffee we had to go to reception for it

The shower water temperature fluctuated from the warmer setting you put it on to colder, which was annoying. There was probably a mix-up with our room number or something, as the maintenance(?) opened our door without knocking in the morning, said nothing, and closed the door, then came back a bit later, knocked, opened the door, again said nothing and closed it. Would have appreciated more privacy.

Great location - near the main train station, shops, restaurant and the old town.

There was an incident where someone entered my room (I don't know if she was a staff in the hotel or another guest). The good thing is I was in the room (but didn't see her) and she left as soon as I said "excuse me?!". This didn't give me a sense of safety for me. If she was a staff, then she should have knocked the door first (which she didn't). If she was another guest, then the hotel needs to ensure that they don't give the same room to different guest.

The hotel was less than a 10 minute walk from Dresden Central Station. There was a tram right in front of the hotel; however everything is within walking distance so it really is not necessary to use. We bought a 7-day tram pass but only used the tram twice - once to check location of self-service waschsalon (laundromat) and the next time to wash our laundry. The room was the perfect size for 2 people. The room darkening curtains kept all the sunlight out in the morning. WiFi was good. The staff was very nice.

Nothing. We loved Dresden and was very pleased with our stay.

The most important thing about this hotel is LOCATION! It is just 10 minutes walk to Zwinger museum, Semper Oper, or August II Palace. All main attractions are just in a walking distance. For someone with walking problems - is just perfect. Very clean, Two lifts are enough to take everyone to the rooms even on higher levels. If there is no place in the parking in the hotel - there is a parking just on the other side of the street in the same price.

We were expecting tea and coffee every day, but there was tea and coffee only as a welcome pack in the first day.

The location was perfect, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfy and clean, the water pressure in the shower was also super nice, I loved my shower! The whole place was really great, I would definitely go back any time and have already recommended it to friends.

We requested rooms close to each other and we got them in separate floors, which was hard for my elderly parents but it worked out and it was not a big deal in the end.

Good location

Everything was perfect until a party with loud voices and music started in the room next to us and woke us up at 1am. I phoned the front desk to ask for someone to deal with this but nothing was done so my partner went to the front desk to talk with the receptionist. Still nothing was done so around 2am my partner went back to the front desk and demanded that something was done or he would phone the police and that is when the receptionist reacted. It was difficult to fall asleep again after all this.
