Great Location in the Heart of the Old Town We rented a two-bedroom apartment, and the location was truly fantastic. The windows offered a beautiful view of the central town square and the Church of the Virgin Mary, making every morning special. Since the apartment is right in the Old Town, all the shops, cafes, and main attractions were just a few steps away – very convenient! The apartment itself was clean and tidy. The only downside was the lack of some kitchen essentials, especially wine glasses, which would have been nice to have. Overall – a great place for a short stay in the city!

The 2 bedroom "penthouse" apartment with balcony was beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were large with comfortable beds, and the 2 bathrooms modern. Everything was very clean. The staff was wonderful. At checkout, he took the time to find out exactly where we needed to go to catch our bus. Due to work being done on the tracks, our direct train to Prague was cancelled and we had to take an hour long bus ride to catch the another train. Our instructions were not clear. He took the time to find out where to catch the bus (it wasn't at the main train station) and made sure that our taxi driver knew where to take us. Without his help, we would have missed the bus. We will definitely stay here next time!

I can't think of anything we didn't like

Fabulous 2 bedroom apartment right in Dresden old town. The location is very central within easy walking distance to tourist sites, as well as to public transit. Parking is also offered in a garage, though it's slightly complicated to locate even with the detailed directions from the hotel. Once we found it however, the apartment was great, with plenty of space for 3 of us, and more could certainly fit comfortably. Beautiful, airy, light common areas and comfy bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, which is so nice when traveling with a small group. Everything was modern and in good condition, and I would definitely stay again or recommend this apartment to others.

Later check-in option would be great since it was a bit confusing to find the other sister hotel, and we almost got a parking ticket while checking in there, even though we were allowed to park for a few minutes. Traffic was absolutely terrible so we missed the check in window that ended at 7pm.

First and foremost, I would like to highlight that our trip to Dresden became truly unforgettable in large part thanks to the wonderful experience we had at this aparthotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was a true Heaven — perfect for enjoying morning or evening coffee while listening to the chimes of nearby church bells. The hotel's location is absolutely ideal — right in the heart of Dresden’s Old Town, on beautiful Neumarkt square. It allowed us to explore all the main sights on foot, with everything just steps away. A special thank you goes to the hotel manager, Udo. To say he is a true professional would be an understatement. His warm conversations, helpful advice, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more pleasant and memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel — you won’t regret choosing it!

The location is excellent, just off the square with the Frauenkirche, with the Zwinger, Residenzschloss and the Brühl Terraces also close by and the Neustadt district a reasonable walk or short tram ride across the bridge. The hotel is also easy to get to, with the no. 7 tram going at regular intervals between the Hauptbahnhof station and the Theaterplatz, only a few minutes' walk away. We didn't have the breakfast, so can't comment on it, but there are good cafés nearby. The proprietor is very friendly.

The proprietor is very keen to sell tickets for the city bus tour. I would not recommend this. There is plenty to do and see within an easy walk of the hotel; these are a better use of time.

Perfectly located for enjoying this extraordinary city; also comfortable and relaxing. The room was spacious and well-furnished, including a dishwasher and washing machine. (The dishwasher is not very useful really because there are only two of everything in the kitchen.) Staff were very accommodating.

The room (and most others) looks out over a busy pedestrian street that is noisy at times but not late at night. This could be more noticeable in summer with the windows open. The wifi dropped out incessantly although usually only for a few seconds.

The location couldn't have been better. It was right in the heart of Dresden and it was easy walking to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go! The man at the desk was very nice and gave us many recommendations as well as told us the traps to avoid, which was helpful! The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Also the rooftop patio area was really amazing and no one else seemed to be using it, which was great to have it all to ourselves!

The room could have used an update on style or furniture as it is quite dated, but that is just a small thing.

Extremely comfortable and spacious apartments, great when travelling with family or friends, as there is more space in the room. Also perfect for staying more than a couple of days, as there is a fridge and dishwasher, so that you can bring food in and eat at the apartment. Obviously also located in the center of the old town, so ideal for exploring. The manager is also extremely nice and provides a lot of information that is useful for travellers. There is a rooftop terrace that is quite nice in the evening to relax.

The only thing not working great was the WiFi but the manager informed us that they are in the process of replacing the network at the time, so should be fixed soon - and you can also check out an extra router out if WLAN is important to your stay. As we were staying for only one night, we didn't need it, as were moslty out in the town.

The location was direct on the Frauenkirche and could not have been more convenient nor more romantic. We loved the spaciousness of the rooms and the cleanliness of the bathrooms. We will definitely use again when we revisit Dresden.

The paid breakfast that was offered was at the Hotel Suitess, another nearby hotel with available breakfast. While the breakfast was satisfactory, it was nothing fancy as had been sold originally. Very busy, almost overcrowded, cold scrambled eggs and simply mediocre for the price. It was like any other 3 star hotel full breakfast. Next time, we would eat in any of the many available cafes nearby.

The breakfasts at a nearby hotel were absolutely wonderful, and the staff were friendly and inviting. Our apartment had a view over the Fraeun Kirche, which was one of the reasons that we had travelled to Dresden. The living area was wonderfully spacious and the kitchen well stocked. We had a problem with a dripping sound on our last day, and people were sent around within half an hour to see what the issue was. I was very impressed.

On arrival at he reception, the staff on duty were unfriendly and non-communicative, even though I communicated with them in German. A really cold reception. I would have appreciated the bins being emptied once during our 4 day stay, and perhaps a note telling us where we could buy necessities such as toilet paper, milk, eggs etc.
