Great value for money! The staff is excellent — very helpful and eager to resolve any issues; they even managed to find a plumber quickly on a Sunday, which was impressive. The room is huge, very clean, and features beautiful windows overlooking a stunning cathedral with excellent soundproofing. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine — everything is thoughtfully arranged for convenience. The hotel offers high levels of cleanliness and guest support, making the stay very comfortable. A great benefit is that you’re right in the heart of Dresden, just a 10-minute walk to museums and galleries. Plus, there’s often a concert with fantastic performances in the main square nearby.

A great location with excellent views on the edge of Neumarkt Square and adjacent to the Frauenkirche in Dresden! The large room was very comfortable and warm. The washing machine and clothes airer was very much appreciated. There was a small supermarket around the corner and many eateries, coffee shops and a bakery in very close proximity.

I would have preferred a coffee pod machine to the older style drip style. Some English instructions for how to select the different settings on the washing machine would have been very helpful. Using Google, I was not able to find any either.

The room was spacious with a dining room and kitchen area. The view from the room was overlooking the Frauenkirche, which is a sight to see. The bed was very comfortable and even though it is located right in the tourist area, it was very silent during the night. The kitchen area has all the necessary cookware and dishware to prepare and serve food. There is an elevator in the building - which is handy when you have luggage. The reception is not open at all times, so ensure that you arrange to pick up and drop off keys. There are dozens of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel.

The wifi was too weak to function in the bedroom (of room 412).

The location of the apartment right opposite the famous Frauenkirche was fabulous. The apartment was well equipped and there was a supermarket very close by that made self catering easy. The living /kitchen area was spacious and comfortable.

Access to more English channels on the TV would have been helpful- I could only access Sky News. There was no microwave in the apartment but apparently it is possible to request one be supplied- not sure if there is an extra fee for that as I didn't request one.

This was such a magical stay in a central (Old Town) apartment. Our apartment was large with two bedrooms, a long corridor, a huge bathroom, an open kitchen and a large living area with a panoramic window overlooking Newmarkt and the Frauenkirche Dresden (Dom). Sitting in front of that window over the square was such a special part of our stay. Beds were comfortable, room was quiet and all facilities were great. It's not the most luxurious or beautifully decorated apartment, but that's absolutely no issue - it's clean and nicely appointed, and for the price, it was fantastic. Would make a sensational place to stay for a longer period (we only stayed one night but wish it had been longer). I would stay here again.

First impression at reception wasn't amazing, but she warmed up (with a little effort from us). Difficult to find the hotel (reception is in a different location to the apartment) and parking was also hard to find. We parked at the 'wrong' parking station. Had to drag suitcases over cobblestones, but it wasn't a major issue.

the location is outstanding and any popular tourist points can be reached by walking. the staffs are friendly and the room is also very good.

the sofa bed need to improve because there is no support for the waist and shoulders

Everything!! This Hotel was one of the best stays we've had with all our travels. The location was prime right in the city square, but only a 5 minute walk to all shops. The view was incredible of the Frauenkirche right across from the Apartment. The Apartment itself was HUGE! The kitchen was fully stocked of all necessities. VERY quiet. The bed was comfortable. The washing machine was a huge bonus having in the apartment, and clothes dried quickly on the drying rack provided.

Nothing, absolutely nothing at all. It was one of the best stays we've ever had : )

Very easy check in process, staff very helpful & friendly, apartment was larger than we expected, we hade large windows that opened & could take in the atmosphere & sounds of the square (including some very talented musical performers) - there is cafe/restaurant/bar immediately below but we found this all part of the atmosphere of being right on the main square & amazing close views of the Frauenkirche.

Location and view are exceptional, all attractions are one step away and there’s a ton of cafes near. You can hear the bells but the place is soundproofed very well, so despite being right in the centre, it is quiet. Didn’t need to use the kitchen or washing machine but was pleasantly surprised that everything is available.

Wi-Fi was really unstable. Also for some reason I was suggested to move to a worse location as an upgrade - very confusing. Still eventually it was a great stay!

Fantastic city central location on the main square and across from the beautifully restored Baroque era church. Very large suite with a large living area and attached kitchen. Super clean and comfortable. Bavarian Augustiner Restaurant is next door!

Our room had a great view of the Platz but also had late-night noise from parties.
