The location is absolutely amazing. You are in the heart of the action and less than 5 minutes from a major set of tram stops that will bring you to most parts of the city and to the door of the main train station. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is nice and takes place in a lovely space with an open terrace. There is a general terrace to enjoy all day long. Rooms are very nice. WiFi is excellent. Air Conditioning is very helpful during the very hot days. Would strongly recommend.

Ideal starting point for visiting the old part of the town, close to numerous restaurants and cofee bars, but at the same time close to trams and busses connecting to the other part of the city. You can pop up to Albertinum in 1 min walk! In nice weather you can dine on the terrace full of pots with beautiful flower arrangements. Very nice boss and helpful staff. In the kitchen you can make coffee or tea and heat meals in the microwave. My room was large and the beds were comfortable. It was very clean everywhere in spite of rainy weather.

A small electric stove to quickly fry the dish in one of the small kitchens would be great.

Absolutely the very best location with easy public transport and a lovely bakery just around the corner. Just a few steps from the park, castle, river and Frauenkirche and a huge choice of restaurants. Staff especially kind and helpful. They did a basket of washing for us for 5€

Aircon is just a normal fan. Not all kitchens have hob and oven, just microwave and fridge, no freezer.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Minutes away from the main square and the first of many sites and Christmas markets. The room given to my wife and I was the disabled facility which we did not request but allowed us to have more space in the main area and in the on-suit. The room was clean, spacious with additional seating and comfortable. The communal kitchen on every floor was a bonus for making teas and coffees. Facilities here were available for preparing meals and for washing up if so desired.

Room decoration was a bit sparse but was not important to us because we were out and about every day during our stay. The layout of the hotel was a bit disjointed but again this was not important to us. We did not use the restaurant because it was isolated from the main part of the hotel and breakfast was not included in our booking.

There are several well equipped guest kitchens, including a fridge, we made our own breakfast. Staff ist super friendly and accommodating. There was a mix up with our key and Frau Donner went out of her way to solve it. Thank you so much for that! We were allowed to check out late, thanks for that too. Our room was very new, very clean, linoleum floor and wood furniture, excellent bathroom, AC. Beds are comfy. The garden and terrasse are very nice and spacious. Wi-fi worked just fine.

Everything about this property was excellent. Communication prior to arrival was very helpful making it very easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean, large shower, comfortable room, plenty of storage space. There was access from the room to an outdoor terrace for guests only with tables and chairs. There was a kitchen with good facilities and unlimited bottled water, tea and coffee. Location was excellent, 5 minutes walk to the centre of the old town and 2 minutes to a tram stop.

Internet reception was not always good in the room but always available in the building.

The location is fantastic! 1 min walk from Synagogue tram stop, which is 5 mins from the main station. 3 mins walk to Frauenkirche and centre of the historical Altstadt. Very friendly staff, the place was very modern and clean. Lifts to all floors. As others have commented this is not a hotel and you won't get a hotel experience - it's more of an upmarket hostel, with private en-suite rooms and very good facilities eg modern kitchen on each floor. You can easily get brekkie and other meals nearby, as did we. Fully recommend this place and would go there again. Unbeatable location - 30 steps from Albertinum, right behind Frauenkirche, on the riverbank and next to a large car park (guarded by the police headquarters). Beautiful historical building, nicely refurbished, well equipped kitchenettes with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine including complimentary coffee and tea. Welcoming and helpful staff. Clean, simply equipped rooms with decent furniture and great mattresses.

The room was spacious and clean. However, if I did not have a German with me, it would have been difficult to retrieve the keys since the reception was closed.

The kitchenette was great! However, it missed some more signs to show, for example, which bin was for each type of garbage.

The location was excellent with the main sites all walkable and restaurants and useful tram stops nearby. The room was simple, clean, airy, quiet and well furnished. The beds were comfortable. The shower was very good and the bathroom had everything that was needed. The shared kitchen was very useful. It had a kettle, fridge and dishwasher with a table and chairs so you could eat in there. I would stay there again.
