We only stayed 1 night being in transit from Germany to Poland, but I must say the hotel was really nice. Comfy room, good breakfast, great location - close to old town and main attractions (15 min walk, there is also a tram stop just in front of the hotel). REWE and Aldi supermarkets are within 10 min walk as well.

The underground parking is 22 euro per night. There are some other (cheaper) options outside but as we were in transit with car full of suitcases we wanted to stay underground at the hotel.

Visitor, Conditions: We stayed here on a Sunday night as a family of four (husband and wife, two elementary school-aged children). We drove. Parking: There are two parking options. Both are located behind the hotel. One is a public surface lot. It cost 7 euros per night, but there is no security. The other is an underground parking lot within the hotel building. It cost over 20 euros per night (we didn't use it, so I don't know the exact amount), but there was someone at the entrance. Reception: The process was quick and detailed. The staff were friendly and helpful, even with our children, which helped ease our tension. Room: We used the room with sofa bed, which felt more spacious than we expected. There was enough space to spread out a large suitcase. The bed was the size of two single mattresses placed side by side, so we were very comfortable. The sofa bed was large enough for the children (although it might be a little unstable for adults). There was also a bathtub, so we were able to relax. Breakfast: There was a wide variety of food to choose from, including salad, ham, sausage, egg dishes, bread, soup, bread, coffee, and various drinks. Location: It took about 15 minutes to walk to the old town (with my child) and arrived at the square with the church. It was a great location for exploring Dresden Castle, the Opera House, the palace, and more. There was a tram station right in front of the hotel, so if you got tired, you can take the tram.

I didn't feel particularly uncomfortable.

The hotel is in a great position, just 10 or 15 mins on foot to the sights of Dresden. The big public carpark directly behind the hotel (Pirnaischer Straße) is only 7€ per 24 hours (pay in coins). Our room at the back of the hotel was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly, and there was a surprise card and little bottle of bubbly for my birthday. At breakfast there was a great selection, and the staff there were friendly, helpful and efficient.

It would be nice to have the bar opening times clearly displayed in advance. On our 3rd evening we were disappointed to find the bar closed, having enjoyed cocktails there on the other evenings. The shower was above a very high bath, which made getting in and out tricky, and potentially dangerous, for anyone slightly older.

We loved the location, having a transport hub in front and taxis in 4 minutes. The Hygiene Museum and The Great Garden are just around the corner! The facilities were great (that pool ...) and the staff were friendly and helpful. Renata at reception was especially lovely, thank you!

The mattress of our bed was very hard, and the pillows too puny, but that's personal taste. A choice of bigger pillows would have been nice, though.

Wow! What can I say. I mean the hotel is just excellent in every aspect and we loved our holidays in Dresden for the very reason that every evening after the city sight seeing had been done, we looked forward to coming back to the hotel. Our kids loved the pool and the buffet breakfast was amazing too. The staff was super super friendly and nice and everything was clean and nice. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Dresden.

1. Awesome location. You find yourself only in 10 mins walk from the city center in one direction and in 10 mins walk to a huge recreation zone (Botanic garden, Stadion) in an opposite direction. 2. Nice, clean room with a bath 3. Tasty breakfasts (~22 Euro pp, kids are for free) 4. A possibility to use swimming pool and sauna for 6 Euro for the family 5. A huge parking just behind the hotel, 24 hours cost 6 Euro (underground hotel's parking is far more expensive) Have coins for the parking automats, cards are not acceptable. You could install an parking app of course, but my austrian phonenumber was cancelled). In general the parking in Dresden costs no more than 6-7-8 Euro per day and it's not difficult to park the car where you want, there are enough parking slots.

Everything was fine

Room was big enough and beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was lovey. They even had an omelet/egg station. Lots of great choices. Tram is right out front. Parking underground was a little spendy, but very secure. You can park in a lot just outside of the hotel for a lot less, but then you don't have that added security.

Fitness area and pool cost extra. The pool was cool, not cold, but not very big and there is a corner with jets, but it's just the cold water hitting you. The way the hotel is laid out we had to walk quite far to our room from the lifts.

room was OK for two adults and two children - sofa bed was decent. bathroom was spacious and clean excellent reception service, advice and guidance on parking breakfast was very good location is exceptional just on the tram stop towards the city open public parking is just behind the hotel with free spots and really decent price compared to the hotel parking

Breakfast was amazing. I just wish the opening hours were what we read on the official website of the hotel. On the website it said 6.30am, but in reality, they opened at 7am. This meant we had only 20 minutes to eat (we had appointments early in the day), which made the experience not so great. That being said, the service AND the food were GREAT! Staff super nice and the pool/sauna, despite small, very nice. I strongly suggest the restaurant too. Decent price, pretty good meal.

Breakfast hours were not what was written in the website (in Booking there were no mentions of hours). I asked for 2 single beds, got confirmation but in the end it were two single beds together. I was so tired I didn't even bother asking for another room, just turned the beds around a bit and slept anyway. Apart from that, the whole experience was pretty great.

Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also very well equipped. While the main road was outside, the windows served to block out the sounds of traffic very effectively.

It is so hot in summer without aircon. You have to open to windows to sleep and then you have the sounds of traffic and a tramline from the street below which is quite disruptive. While our room had excellent views, it was east facing and so the room got extra hot during the day.
