Outstanding pool/SPA zone, exceptionally warm pool, a very nice sauna zone. NIce bedding, cosy beds, a large bathroom. Smooth and professional check-in/check-out. Very nice, friendly staff, highly appreciated! A generous breakfast, smart entry directly from the parking, incorporated with a sophisticated music. The location itself has a very nice view across winery, conveys a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, I do not understant lower hotel review score, should be much higher, in my opinion, from a perspective of a person who travels a lot.

Ugly smell on the hallways that are leading to the room isle. A bit outdated furniture and the doors, that woud need a renovation, reminding times 20 years ago. The worst experience when we came to the breakfast, with an older lady. She sould be present at the entry to welcome the guests but was not. A couple minutes later she appeared in the middle of the breakfast room and literally physically knocked on my almost adult daugher on her shoulders, like a police. Disturbing experience that damages the entire impression. Hugely unprofessional attitude. I would fire her on the spot as an HR professional.

The Airco worked. The room was spacious. The bed was comfy.

Somehow, I shared a balcony with a neighbouring room, which limited the privacy of my own room. The fancy faucets in the bathroom were too fancy for me. I prefer simple shower controls, not multiple controllers and buttons, nicely marked in grey on silver (Attention! Sarcasm). Also, I do not like a campus style arrangement of multiple "villas". I guess, there is nothing much the hotel can do against that; neither against me not liking it nor re-arranging the multiple houses into one block ;)

Please, more pillows. (Like in spanish and french hotels) In master bedroom the bath and toilet is directly aligned with bed. So if one is in bed - another is s*itting practically in your face. Very unusual design solution... especially when there is plenty of space.

The stuff members were exceptional and thoughtful. I really appriciate this, thank you. We was passing by at medical condition and they arranged room close to the doors and did everything very fast so we had not to wait on anything. Brekfast and internal yard were very nice.

In the room was only one electric entry. They provided us with cable with multiple sockets exit.

Large comfortable suite with separate bathroom with shower and bath and additional WC, in case you need some peace of mind ;) Mega large bed and perfect view to the city and vineyard! Nice wine and food. Good service and clean facilities. Park within hotel area, so you can go for a quick run with your dog.

Room service should be also available before Xmas not only after, but anyway, we are grown up and can carry food to the 3rd floor. Reception personel was more friendly before Xmas as well, but we were anyway happy to come back after Xmas and enjoy great breakfast and SPA facilities.

Room was quite new and clean. Bathroom was amazing. Garden and other activities are quite enough to spend time there. There are enough parking place (you have to pay)

We had to stay in another building therefore access is not easy from outside. Especially with stroller its really difficult to reach building due to stairs. Before we leave reception stuff informed us that there is another access from underground parking. (Too late for us)

We paid for extra large double bed in Bookings and 27 sq m room but when we arrived we were given two single beds and much smaller room. After complain on the reception and a small conversation the problem was fixed. I don’t like that they don’t look if you have paid everything when you are checking out before leaving as this causes me discomfort and stress. I think the place would greatly benefit of electric car chargers. They have plenty of space in the parking garage.

The underground car park was useful as the weather was a bit bad . The room was really good : quiet clean and spacious. Breakfast was good , with the staff being very pleasant. The location was good for me ,, being in a residential area with a hire car - I would definitely go again .

It would have been nicer to have a little more English TV channels available rather than just the news . Other than that I have nothing else to really say negative .

It was a one night stay, so, unfortunately we had no chance to try the pool and spa. But the room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is very convinient, we parked a car in the underground garage (costs 16 euro) and went to the city center by tram, which is 100 meters away. You can buy tickets at the reception. One tram, 20 minutes and you are in the center, how convinient is that. The breakfast was good too.

There was no water in the fridge in the room. Well, there was nothing at all in the fridge. The hotel needs renovation, but till they keep it clean, it will do.

Nice place located in a quiet area, a good hotel for relaxation. Breakfast was varied, plentiful. Staff was great, accommodating. Overall it was a very good stay..

The pillows were quite uncomfortable, and there were 2 of them on the bed, identical, surprisingly hot hallways, there is no watching TV, it is a big screen but few channels, 99% in German, the image was really bad.
