I've been a returnning guest for c. 2 years and would never choose a different place to stay in Dresden. The location, customer service and restaurant are truly outstanding and I'd recommend it to the most demanding guest. No it doesn't have a spa or a gym but do you really need it if you're staying in such a close proximity to the river bank and can rent out a bike? :)

Just one minute detail which can be a nuisance: while there are parking spots reserved for guests with disabilities, they are most often than not taken by cars without the required permits. Most staff explain it away saying that they always reserve those spots when they're aware that guests with disabilities are coming. Well, this was not the case with us over these past 2 years. NB Kudos to once of the check in staff memers who went the extra mile to rectify this shortcoming.

Stylish new hotel where almost every need is meet. Comfy bed, very nice breakfast and right next to the river and a bike path. Water and fruit available at the reception. Wireless charging bedside tablet was great.

The bathroom had mold which was promised it will be seen to. It was a pity that such a nice location did not offer (except for the bar) any outdoor place where you could chill, e.g. with a book. If the hotel had had a pool, that would be just it for us.

It is outside of the center which is what we indented to avoid noise. We had a clean comfortable room with a nice view within close proximity to the Elbe and walk with our dogs. We were able to rent some bikes and go around the city. Professional staff that gave dinning recommendations which were very good. Next to it there is a beach bar were we had nice cocktails to cool down from this heat wave. We had a smooth stay in Dresden.

There was a strange smell coming from the bathroom, could not identify what it was, this did not took us from enjoying our holidays there.

Great location at the river for a walk, truly well thought out room in new condition. I can recommend this for family stay as the room we had was big. Nice details like sun screens and shower of high quality. One of the best hotels we have had in years of travelling.

Nothing to dislike, if one needs to bring up something you can say that breakfast could offer more choice. I have to say I was still happy about it and products were very tasty and fresh.

The hotel is nice, it has two buildings, and the reception and breakfasts are in one of them. So if your room is in the second building you have to go outside or through underground car park to eat breakfast in the first one. I was in the hotel 2 years ago and I think that breakfasts were better but still they are ok. The location of the hotel is nice, there is a great beach bar next to the river. I really recommend. To go to the city centre, you need 30 minutes or you can take the tram, the stop is next to the hotel.

The place was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. It was quiet, and not too far from the center

They charge 32.14 [sic] Euro for overnight parking. It feels arbitrarily excessive, especially for a place like Dresden - not a big city after all. Probably it makes the "sticker price" of a room look lower, while they look for every opportunity to make extra margin.

The location is great, the stuff in the morning was super friendly. The guy in the evening super unfriendly. The room is small but new and comfortable, we hate the bed with a gap in the middle, however,. We had bad luck since there was a concert opposite which boomed through the window the whole night until 7 AM. The entrance area is very comfortable nice and modern.

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff, the room was spacious and clean, breakfast was good. We parked in a garage - roomy and enough free spaces (additional 21 EUR/night). We walked to the city (approx. 20 min. of a pleasant walk), but there's also a tram in front of the hotel. If you are attending an event in "Alter Schlachthof", this hotel couldn't be better choice (just across the street).

I could write this comment for almost every hotel - including this one: too many lights in one room (such a waste), but not one strong reading light.

The hotel is sparkling clean, the staff is super kind and the breakfast was really something else! The rooms were quiet, even though there was construction work nearby, we did not hear any noise with the windows closed.

The location was ideal for us because we went to Dresden for a concert nearby. If it weren't for the concert, the hotel is slightly further from the main attractions. Nevertheless, the city is small and the hotel is perfectly accessible via Tram and shared bikes.

Modern equiped room: electric sunblinds, quiet and effician air-confition, quiet room, good beds, clean and modern bathroom, amazing breakfast (goat quark, vegan salami, humus, excellent hams, many fruits), near river Laba, walking&cyclibg paths to the city center, tram station at the hotel. Spacious garage (bit expensive). 24-hour reception, friendly staff.
