Room was exceptionally clean, bed very comfortable, a lot of well-placed plugs. Location was also very good, a quick trip by tram into the centre, and walkable from Neustadt area. A safe and well connected area, with plenty of great restaurants accessible on foot, but also quiet. Neustad Bahnhof is also accessible on foot, which is great for travellers who come in by train (most DB trains make a stop there).

Breakfast could have had a wider range of warm dishes beside only boiled eggs. With a lengthy schedule, we could have used some more protein in the morning. As such, the price is a bit steep for what is offered.

The quiet location. The friendly very helpful staff (except one person - see below). Our group rooms were all next to each other.

One of our female group members was locked out of her room due to a technical problem with the lock. On reporting it to the Night Auditor - Francisco De La Rosa - he was most unhelpful and quite rude, not only to her but to the female staff member too. He could do with sending on a customer care course!!!! She was eventually moved to another room on a different floor, but no assistance was offered. Not good 😠

- Hotel is hard to find at night as the surroundings are dark. - No water bottles or kettles in the room. - Quality of cleanliness / daily cleaning can be better improved. My cups were not washed and side of the bed that I was not using was dusty. Cleaners could have done basic cleaning in the room and toilet instead of just changing the towels. - Room was too small. Cannot open up the luggage

The hotel was comfortable and staff friendly. It was Christmas and the service was great, the lounge area clean, lovely decorated and cosy for playing games. The beds were the best in any hotel we stayed in for a long time. Excellent cocktails! The location was close to the station for us and a short 15min walk to the old town.

The lounge was a bit dark in the evening and the rooms could do with a small bar fridge.

Although the room was small, it was adequate, clean and cozy. The location was very convenient for sight seeing, and we found some inexpensive street parking. The lobby had a very modern ambiance with a bar and breakfast area. On Saturday night the lounge area was quite full.

The double room was about as small as a double should be. Unfortunately, my wife didn't find the pillows comfortable. Kind of a personal assessment, but it prevented her from some restful sleep. We missed having a refrigerator in the room.

The room was small but had everything, was spotless clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just 20 min walk from the old city centre. The breakfast was good and varied. The car park is a little pricey but convenient. The entrance to the car park is in the road behind the hotel and a little difficult to find. Overall, good value for money and cozy hotel.

Nothing all was good.

- we (a group of 3 people) booked two rooms at Motel one and were very satisfied - quiet location near the city center - multiple bus and tram stops nearby - very clean rooms, I always feel comfortable at Motel One because the cleaning standard is as it should be. Spotless and hygienic - staff is very friendly and competent, they always greet you with a smile and are happy to answer your questions - beds are perfectly comfortable, soft but firm enough to provide good support for your back - multiple pillows provided - spacious shower - all in all it was a great stay, we enjoyed it very much

- nothing to complaint about :-) - only have one request / suggestion: Can a maintenance person please check on the air conditioning in the room we had on the second floor? It was making strange rattling noises and the metal panels on the ceiling were moving when it was running. (The AC on the third floor was working perfectly)

Top location in Dresden Neustadt. Within walking distance to train station, old town and Neustadt. Very fair rate. Staff was friendly and professional. Check in and check out was very smooth and uncomplicated. 24/7 reception and bar available. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious with large TV. Modern and clean bathroom. I did not.book breakfast or parking, so I cannot rate for it.

I searched for a long time, but found nothing. 🙃

Very comfortable room, all areas of the hotel (lobby, hallway, rooms) are carefully furbished in harmony. Comfortable and clean room. Personnel was vey pleasant. Parking possible for about 20 Euro fee per day in the underground. Location in a quite area, at about 10-15 minutes walk to the city center, shops and restaurants. We would stay here again when coming to Dresda.

Room was overall clean. The breakfast buffet was sufficient but the coffee was really good! Staff was also friendly and attentive + they spoke very good English.

Motel One is notorious for their smaller sized rooms, but what ticked me a bit was the fact that the cleaning times weren't timed properly. On one of the nights they came into the room at 10AM and I was still in there preparing. It was surprising and I didn't have time to say someone was there. Also the breakfast, as good as it is, doesn't justify the pricepoint for the selection you get.
