Nice and cosy hotel in the newer part of the city. Character is boutique with all sorts of nice elements and a small bar. Reception is occupied 24h. Short walking distance to the old town. There is a parking behind the hotel and they ask €18/night. There are 2 loading stations for Tesla and 1 for another vehicle. Room was very spacious although the bed was a little too close placed along the wall. Bathroom had a bath / shower combi. breakfast was in buffet form and well sorted. Very good. I would stay there again when the price is reasonable.

There is no airco which could be a disadvantage in summer. The railway station is close by and could be noisy when you have a room at that street side.

Absolutely love the old building, always extremely clean and tidy, staff are incredibly friendly and it's a huge plus that the hotel is also dog friendly. Comfortable beds and large rooms are ideal. Location is great for onward travel to family in Poland as well.

The only minus point potentially we could find was that in the summertime when it's hotter I think our dog would struggle without air conditioning in the rooms. So far the rooms we've stayed in don't have this but potentially other rooms do and we will request in advance next time to see if this is possible.

Nice localisation, two crosswalks from Dresden-Neustadt station. Despite the close local of a busy train station the room is quiet, as long as the windows are closed. The hotel makes a nice impression; staff is very friendly and all English speaking. Not a single person from the staff would pass me by without saying hello. The room looked very luxurious and included a desk and a comfortable chair. Wifi speed very decent, around 100 Mb.

I missed that when booking but the room did not include air conditioning. Opening the windows was not an option as the noise of the passing trains was very irritating. In any case, despite over 30 degrees centigrade outside the room did not heat up to a point where it would become unbearable, so not a big problem but something to keep in mind.

The rooms are large, beautifully decorated, the bathroom is large and comfortable, the reception was excellent, the staff are polite and friendly and make you feel welcome, the breakfast was excellent too!

Overall I liked everything, but I would say that one point that could be improved is the cleaning service, the glasses were dirty, but the reception changed the glasses as soon as we asked so it was fine, I also available

Very nice hotel on a good location. All main locations are nearby on foot. In the neighbouring street many restaurants with food from different countries. Breakfast was very tasty, although it is a bit uncomfortable bringing the food from one room to another, as dining room and buffet are not immediately next to each other. The room was spacious and beautiful, with comfortable bed. Blankets could be a bit warmer. Helpful and polite personnel. The key for a hotel room was a bit clumsy and took me some time to learn how to unlock the door.

As pointed out above: -the blankets could be warmer -unlocking the room door could be less complicated -distance between a buffet and a dining room is a bit uncomfortable

Lovely hotel with convenient parking. We had a spacious room with a sofa which was great. A 20 minute walk from the old town area but an easy tram journey if you don't want to walk. We loved our stay here.

The approach to the hotel from the car park is more pleasant than the main street entrance which is straight off the street and easy to miss when you are looking from the highway but no real negatives.

Great stay at a very convenient location near the Dresden Neustadt Train Station. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, an overall great service. The room was spacious and spotless clean, with a great breakfast.

Location of the hotel was excellent near the station and walking distance from city attractions. Room was very comfortable and big with very comfortable bed and super clean bathroom.

I was sure we have booked two single beds however we got room with double bed. It was not possible to swap as hotel was fully booked. The room was a bit chilly.

Wonderful “homey” vibe with pleasant staff located a 5 minute walk from the station and a pleasant 1/2 hour walk to the old town.

For an older person, the bathtub/shower can be a challenge due to slippery floor, a deep tub and lack of any practical handrail - a rubber floor-mat would be a big help. Still a terrific, clean and up-dated accommodation in a great location.

Very elegant accommodations. The room was large and had ample room for luggage and storing of clothes. The restroom was also large. The bed was a king size. The location is just a 3 minute walk from the Neustadt train station. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Neustadt center with many places to eat. Approximately 15 minutes to the Center of Dresden, Frauenkirche and Museums.

It was a bit old and dated. The keys were actual keys with a metal anchor that weighed a kilo as a Keychain. You had to turn the key 6 or 7 turns to lock, like in any other front door. The location is very near to the Neustadt train station. My room windows opened to a large street with a light rail in the middle of the street and the tracks ot the main train station just beyond. It was a bot loud with the windows open, but traffic slowed late st night and early morning. With the recent heat waves, I kept the windows open because there was no fan or AC. Also, you have to go up some stairs when you enter the building to get to the registration desk.
