Very cute apartment, newly renovated, with Scandi touch, beautiful furniture and Decor. Great location, 3 min walk from Dresden Neustadt station and 5 min walk from Neustadt center with tons of cute cafes, shops and restaurants. 15-20 min walk from old city. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot, and I would book it again, if I would be back in Dresden.

The apartments are run by a company with a centralized support service. We missed a minor thing in the apartment, so I tried to contact them via booking - 5 different people replied to my 5 messages, and the every new person couldn't access my previous message, so I had to repeat the story again and again. Finally we found a solution, because seems like they had only one guy at the night shift, and he finally managed to help. I hope the company will fix it, as we could resolve my request in 5 minutes, but it required half day.

The living room offered a nice, comfortable space to relax spacious and well laid out.

The shower had a curtain instead of a glass door, which felt less comfortable and practical. The shower wasn’t properly cleaned there was a visible shoe mark inside. Water easily ran out of the shower area, making the bathroom floor wet and slippery. The bathroom door was extremely difficult to open or close, likely due to water damage, and it scratched the floor when moved. There was no lift, and we had to carry our luggage up three floors something to be aware of if you have heavy bags. No parking space was available. There were no charging sockets near the nightstands, which was inconvenient for charging phones or devices overnight.

Very spacious, clean, elegant apartment with all necessary one might need. We were very happy to find a baby bed, we didn't ask for and to get an early check-in and late check-out. The communication with staff was very quick and efficient. Location couldn't be better, close to the train station, to tram stops, walkable distance to anywhere, grocery stores etc are at the corner. All this made our stay really pleasant and enjoyable, i wish to be back!

The first night seemed a bit noisy to sleep with open windows, but then we didn't mind.

Probably one of the nicest apartments I’ve rented. We were a family of four and rented the top floor apartment with bathtub and two bedrooms. Excellent location, 15 min walk to Aldstadt and tram stop right outside. Also two large supermarkets right opposite two the apartment. Three parking spaces which are ok to use when free.

WiFi didn’t work. We had to connect to the apartment below, which means the connection was really poor and the staff didn’t help us when contacting them. They asked for screen shots and then simply stopped replying. Also, when I asked about the parking the reply was really slow, more than three hours which means the spaces were occupied when answer came. Quite annoying as the staff take pride in quick responses. However there is cheap and free parking around the flat depending where you park.

Perfect for us. Incredible location, very -quiet a few minutes walk from the train station. Hallway was very large which was great with a stroller and good place for kids to play.

We could have used extra trash bags as we had children and were 4 adults. And a broom to sweep up after kids although there was one in the hall but no dustpan.

It was homely, after staying in hotels for 15 days , this place felt like home. We could cook some home meal and enjoy with family too. Not far from convenience stores and public transport. Its a great place and highly recommend it.

The checkin time : I wish they had flexible check in time. as my poor parents had to find some restaurant to take shelter for a few hours before checking in.

The room was wonderful. Our stay was comfortable. The location was great. Easy access to the grocery store and public transportation. The facility even had a laundry machine downstairs, but no laundry soap to buy. Also, they provided nice gifts for staying. I liked having two bathrooms.

No oven, but there was a microwave. Wished the microwave included a toaster. Not enough dishwasher pod. No cooking knife. We ended up buying a bunch of miscellaneous items to cook.

The flat was very specious, nice bedrooms, big double bathrooms and living room with a kitchen, which was well-equipped! The apartment was very clean, easy to access plus parking space in the backyard! A very big advantage was also a good neighborhood, full of shops, restaurants and it was close to old part of the city as well, about 10 minutes on foot! Generally I can honestly recommend staying there!

The location of this property could not be more convenient. A short walk from the train station, directly across from the supermarket, even walkable to the Old City. The welcome gifts were lovely and we enjoyed the board games for a little down time. The views from the windows were spectacular.

I didn't love the online check-in and couldn't get ahold of anyone by email or phone with questions, but we worked it out eventually. Since we were on the top floor, many of the ceilings were sloped and we hit our heads rather frequently.

The apartment was very spacious and nice. It was close to the center and walkable to the old town. There are a few supermarkets nearby and all the stuff in the kitchen was very helpful.

However, we found some hair strands on the sheets, which made it feel like the cleaning is not done best. Also, there was dirt in the floor. I thought the digital check-in would be easy but I was wrong. We had to wait for about 20 min to get the code and the door didn’t open as easy as one would think. Would be nicer to have a key or card.
