Probably one of the nicest apartments I’ve rented. We were a family of four and rented the top floor apartment with bathtub and two bedrooms. Excellent location, 15 min walk to Aldstadt and tram stop right outside. Also two large supermarkets right opposite two the apartment. Three parking spaces which are ok to use when free.

WiFi didn’t work. We had to connect to the apartment below, which means the connection was really poor and the staff didn’t help us when contacting them. They asked for screen shots and then simply stopped replying. Also, when I asked about the parking the reply was really slow, more than three hours which means the spaces were occupied when answer came. Quite annoying as the staff take pride in quick responses. However there is cheap and free parking around the flat depending where you park.

Perfect for us. Incredible location, very -quiet a few minutes walk from the train station. Hallway was very large which was great with a stroller and good place for kids to play.

We could have used extra trash bags as we had children and were 4 adults. And a broom to sweep up after kids although there was one in the hall but no dustpan.

It was homely, after staying in hotels for 15 days , this place felt like home. We could cook some home meal and enjoy with family too. Not far from convenience stores and public transport. Its a great place and highly recommend it.

The checkin time : I wish they had flexible check in time. as my poor parents had to find some restaurant to take shelter for a few hours before checking in.

The room was wonderful. Our stay was comfortable. The location was great. Easy access to the grocery store and public transportation. The facility even had a laundry machine downstairs, but no laundry soap to buy. Also, they provided nice gifts for staying. I liked having two bathrooms.

No oven, but there was a microwave. Wished the microwave included a toaster. Not enough dishwasher pod. No cooking knife. We ended up buying a bunch of miscellaneous items to cook.

The location of this property could not be more convenient. A short walk from the train station, directly across from the supermarket, even walkable to the Old City. The welcome gifts were lovely and we enjoyed the board games for a little down time. The views from the windows were spectacular.

I didn't love the online check-in and couldn't get ahold of anyone by email or phone with questions, but we worked it out eventually. Since we were on the top floor, many of the ceilings were sloped and we hit our heads rather frequently.

The flat was very specious, nice bedrooms, big double bathrooms and living room with a kitchen, which was well-equipped! The apartment was very clean, easy to access plus parking space in the backyard! A very big advantage was also a good neighborhood, full of shops, restaurants and it was close to old part of the city as well, about 10 minutes on foot! Generally I can honestly recommend staying there!

The apartment was very spacious and nice. It was close to the center and walkable to the old town. There are a few supermarkets nearby and all the stuff in the kitchen was very helpful.

However, we found some hair strands on the sheets, which made it feel like the cleaning is not done best. Also, there was dirt in the floor. I thought the digital check-in would be easy but I was wrong. We had to wait for about 20 min to get the code and the door didn’t open as easy as one would think. Would be nicer to have a key or card.

Big and comfortable apartment, two bedrooms big living room with kitchen. High ceiling and nicely renovated old house. Comfortable beds, everything was clean. Not enough storage space in the bedrooms. Good parking options, you can use the 3 private slots in the yard to park. The only inconvenience is if they are occupied by other guests. There is a public parking nearby and the cost for 24 hours is 15 euro. The city centre is about 20 minutes walk away.

The code access is okay but the door was not easy to open. The owner should fix it. We called them and they were polite and tried to help.

nice location, pretty comfortable.

1/ Absence of the A/C, summer time is quite hot, opening the windows is a solution may be, but noise level is too high night time from traffic just under the building. 2/ Shower tray required replacement - it is slippery a cheap, for this kind of renovation spending extra 500€ for good shower cabin should be considered.

Location, good for a group, spacious, clean.

The floor does a lot of noise with just walking, wood is probably old. Sofa bed is not comfortable (kind of expected for this type, not all models are comfy). Hot for this time of year, air conditioning would help because when you open the windows is too noisy and it was still hot.
