Great apartament in the Centre of Dresden. Very well equipped, clean and spacious apartment with terrace.

Everything was very good. There is only one thing which I think you may a bit improve (it concerns especially guests which are not from Germany). I think you should consider to provide a more comprehensive information about parking rules and guidance concerning available parking lots nearby (with current prices and maps).

Amazing online service, all essential information was provided to me over email/SMS. The facility was clean and well-equipped. Fantastic location next to the mall/gallery.

No clear information about the parking. There seemed to be some parking slot available but didn't know how to get there/how to pay for the extra service.

The parking and room access instructions were very clear, and I was able to park and check in without any problems. Room 506 was quite spacious and came with everything necessary.

The worst internet I've ever experienced. The speed was extremely slow, and I couldn’t use it properly. I contacted the hotel’s customer service, but they said the problem was with my equipment—and they couldn’t help (yes, my equipment, which works perfectly everywhere except at their hotel!). The walls in the room are worn in places and look unclean. In the bathroom, the exhaust fan ran continuously, which caused discomfort at night—the only remedy was to close all the doors. Plus, trams rumbled by loudly outside the windows.

The location is amazing, right next to the most beautiful sights. New, easy to find building, the parking garage is a big plus. The apartment itself was compact, yet had everything you could need for a pleasant stay. Also I'd like to point out the very precise and accurate instructions for everything: checking in, parking etc. Very helpful

The biggest con were ants. A lot of ants in the kitchen. Also the floor is scratched and had dark marks on it, but I guess that's normal for a wooden floor. It was not a big deal to us

The location is great, close to everything you must see in Dresden. The apartment is large and comfortable. There is coffee and tea in the kitchen. Apartment also has very big and nice terrace. Parking is located under the building, which is very practical.

The bed in the living room was terrible. It was a fold-out sofa that creaked with every little move. It was impossible to sleep. The bed in the second, smaller room was perfect, large and comfortable. The lack of a microwave is also strange. It's not included in the equipment description, so you can't complain, but it's strange, it's quite basic equipment. Apart from these two things, everything was fine.

The property was spacious and clean. The facilities were good. Very pleased to have a dishwasher! The location was excellent for visiting the town and opposite a large shopping centre. The parking was quite easy to find and when I asked for a longer parking stay this was agreed which was most welcome. There is also a supermarket (Edeka) next door which has everything necessary for self catering.

No corkscrew! I have reported this to the host so hopefully it will be remedied.

Great accommodation just perfectly situated walking distance to the centre and all sights, we didn’t have to use public transport- very close everywhere- super. There is supermarket in the apartment building with big choose of everything- and 2 bakeries with breakfast near the flat. Tram stop just opposite the building entrance. The flat has kitchen fridge dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen - even coffee machine and toaster. Big terrace, modern furniture, yard view- quiet and cosy.

The only bad thing was communicating with the staff- on arrival we couldn’t find the garage and then we couldn’t get there, the code didn’t work, there were more guest having the same problem at the same time, finally after 45 minutes we got to the garage with the help of people from the bank- we were trying to call and write via WhatsApp to the numbers given in booking but there was the response after 2 hours! For future guests I enclose the photos of garage and code machine- if we had it before it would be really helpful.

We appreciated code entrance into the property, it gave us so much flexibility. Also, property amenities were as described, and just what we needed. Location is a great plus, apartment is close to city center and simple to reach main square. Also, it is situated on big tram stop, so it was also easy to get to some far away destinations.

Property management sent a person for a repair/maintenance during your stay without notifying us. Luckily, we were in the property at the time, and repair person was very polite, so he agreed to return after we check out. Maybe property management could look into maintenance schedule so that repairs are done while apartments are not occupied in order to avoid future unpleasant surprises.

Modern apartment with big terrace in top location. Just a few steps away from the main Dresden sights, restaurants and public transport. Supermarket on ground floor of the building. All most convenient

Furnishing in bedroom a little minimaliste. A couple of shelves and/or chair would be useful. Also a lamp next to the couch-bed in the living room would be good.

Best Location to Altstadt. It's within 5 minutes by walk from Christmas market. It is really amazing that there are big supermarkets Edeka and Rewe nearby! Self check in and out was comfortable. The kitchen and bedroom were separate. I didn't have to worry about smell when I cook. Price was expensive because it was Christmas season, but maybe it would be reasonable if it's not.

um It is just a minor thing. There were no scissors in the kitchen.
